Violin-themed pretty home

Bed a little too soft, one blanket for two people, but we could live with it.

Disappointing

Clean, well equipped, small outdoor terrace for clothes drying with pigeon nest. Excellent shower, good air conditioning, easy check-in.

3rd floor walk up, crappy internet, very dim lighting. Host Enrico texted at last minute that his credit card machine was broken, wanted a bank transfer instead. We left €153 cash on the table with the keys.

Home away from home.

Great location - 10 minute walk to train station, 10 minutes to the heart of town. Casa Eva is a self-contained apartment (large living room, very functional kitchen with excellent gas stove, bedroom, bathroom). Everything was new and very clean. Best of all was the quiet surroundings - residential area with restricted vehicle traffic. Our host was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. A gem of a place - highly recommended!

The coffee machine, although new and obviously state of the art, was a mystery to us (We are British). A set of instructions would be good.

Nice apartment and excellent value!

Overall a great place to stay and convenient location! The apartment is exactly as pictured, very clean, and the kitchen stocked to cook basic things. Easy 8-10 minute walk from the train station, and 8-10 minutes walk to downtown of Cremona. The instructions to find the keys and enter were specific and easy to follow.

The apartment smelled like cigarettes when we arrived, so we had to leave windows open for a while (in the winter). Not sure if it was previous renters, or coming from next door or downstairs, but either way, probably not the fault of the owners. The only other small issue was that Enrico asked for cash payment the night before we left, and by the time I got the message, was too late to find an ATM and our train left early the next morning. Luckily we sorted it out, but it was unexpected since the description lists credit cards as method of payment.

SUPERB STAYING

What a great appartment, we had a brilliant and peaceful stay of 12 nights !!!! Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out a couple of places of attraction in the beautiful city of Cremona. It was great indeed. Mr. Enrico speaks a fluent English and went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable, from helping us to carry our luggages to accommodating any request made, really!!!! Highly recommendable appartment, We would book it again without hesitation.

Ottimo alloggio a Cremona

L'appartamento è pulitissimo e molto confortevole, dotato di tutto il necessario. Si trova in una posizione molto comoda, nei pressi di un parcheggio gratuito e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale della città. Il gestore è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Centralissimo e confortevole, un piccolo appartamento con tutti i servizi

Ottima la posizione, centralissima. Parcheggi gratuiti a pochi metri dalla struttura. No ztl. Proprietario molto gentile e premuroso. Tutto ok per i servizi, c'è anche possibilità di usare cucina e lavatrice con annessi detersivi e stendono. Molto utile soprattutto d'estate. Sicuramente consiglio e al prossimo ritorno a Cremona lo ri contatteremo.

Fremragende!

Meget ren, rummelig og velfungerende lejlighed. Lejligheden ligger tæt på jernbanestationen i en rolig gade med kort gåafstand til den meget smukke historiske bydel. Enrico var en venlig og meget hjælpsom vært. Alt var perfekt.

Een zalig verblijf in Cremona!

We hadden een heerlijk groot modern ingericht appartement! De ontvangst was ook uitstekend met een goede uitleg! Alles wat je maar nodig hebt was er! Het enige wat er niet was, was een microgolf oven, maar er was een heel goed gasfornuis! Er was een hele goede airconditioning! We hadden de garagebox gereserveerd op zo’n 200 meter van het appartement. De locatie is ook zeer goed in de buurt van het centrum! Dit appartement is echt een aanrader voor Cremona!
