Arty and spacy fully equipped.

Bedroom was too hot due to limited ventilation and lack of A/C. Ground floor A/C does not suffice since cold air never rises.

The host nicely reserved parking near the house

- apartment was not clean (or we have different idea about it) - the exhaust hood and the light in it does not work - no way to use the oven since there was no oven-tray in it (the host delivered one but it did not fit the size) - chairs' legs are half-broken, you have a risk to fall - the was no electric kettle available, we had to ask for it and the host promised to bring immediately but delivered only next day - issues with switching on the AC (had to invite the host, probably old batteries, why not to change them?) - awful smell, probably comes from the dog on the ground floor or else - summarizing all this: price not corresponding quality, a lot to be improved

The position is very close to down town, the apt clean and we'll equipped. The host was very quick to answer our request that was a last minute one!

The host texted me a day prior to my date of arrival that the water heater exploded and that therefore I can not enter the appartment. He further said that I will get my refund back in a few days and after months of regularly trying to get my refund, I do not get a reply from the host. So my advice to anybody reading this is DO NOT BOOK FROM THIS HOST.

Peggior soggiorno mai avuto fin ora. Lenzuola sporche e piene di peli, riscaldamento non funzionante (fuori c'erano 0 gradi). Asciugamani da doccia non presenti. Internet non funzionante Segnalato il disguido al proprietario mi promette un rimborso di 20 euro (a fronte di una spesa di oltre 100 euro per una notte) mai arrivato nonostante i solleciti

L'appartamento è davvero bello e c'è praticamente tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno durante una permanenza

Se proprio volessimo trovare il proverbiale pelo nell'uovo, forse l'unica cosa che mi è mancata è... Un po' di bagnoschiuma, che non ho trovato.

comodo e confortevole

L'alloggio è praticamente posizionato in pieno centro ma è sempre facile trovare un parcheggio nei pressi della struttura. Edificio tranquillo e silenzioso. Appartamento piacevole anche per aspetto e comodità. Un fornito supermercato è presente a circa 300 metri dall'alloggio. A meno di 500 metri vi è un'area cani comunale dove portare a correre il vostro cane.

Questo appartamento è un sogno.

Vicinissimo al centro, enorme, dotato di ogni comfort. Cucina super attrezzata e meraviglioso balconcino. Le foto non rendono quanto è bello

Spiacevole

Il loft è molto vicino al centro città e quindi molto comodo se si deve andare in centro. Inoltre, ho trovato molto comodo il parcheggio libero proprio di fronte al Loft

L'alloggio non era pulito. Polvere e ragnatele ovunque. Il WIFI non ha mai funzionato (essendo io li per lavoro, è stato un disagio notevole per le mie attività). L'ho segnalato al proprietario che mi ha liquidato con un messaggio WhatsApp assolutamente inutile. Il contatto con il proprietario è stato difficile con risposte tardive e senza peraltro risolvere il problema segnalato. Da ultimo, ma non meno importante, il proprietario non ha rilasciato la fattura nonostante sia tenuto a farlo mettendomi in difficoltà con la mia amministrazione. Ho segnalato il problema a Booking ma al momento non ho avuto ancora risposte.

Parfait !

Tout : l'appartement, la localisation (15 minutes à pied du Duomo), le quartier calme, l'accueil très courtois et efficace. Nous y reviendrons si nous passons à nouveau à Crémone. La ville est magnifique, elle justifie d'un séjour de deux ou trois jours.
