Un apartament pragmatic, nu trebuie să te aștepți la lux.

Locația este bine poziționată față de centru, parcarea aproape, proprietarul amabil.

Apartamentul a fost într-o clădire destul de veche. A lipsit o masă în care să putem mânca o familie de 4 persoane.

Perfetto per un breve soggiorno

L'alloggio è molto grazioso e situato in una coorte d'epoca estremamente tranquilla. Si trova a pochi passi dal Duomo e quindi dal centro della città ed inoltre il proprietario Michele è gentilissimo.

Ottimo ma serve qualche indicazione supplementare

Centralità dell'alloggio. Appartamento confortevole e abbastanza completo di dotazioni. Facilità di parcheggio. Servizi comodi.

Mancanza di indicazioni sul piano ad induzione. La doccia senza porta, se utilizzata, crea disagi. Raffreddamento/riscaldamento non utilizzabile per mancanza del telecomando del condizionatore.

Appartamento accogliente. Letto comodissimo! La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per la colazione e anche di più ( tisane, panna per macchiare il latte, fette biscottate, brioches, acqua fresca e latte) Host gentilissimo e molto disponibile

Appartement bien situé, calme, idéal pour deux, pas prévu pour y séjourner à 3 ou 4.

situation parfaite. Appartement sur cour très calme. Propre, lit principal confortable.

Logement pour 4 mais un simili-bar où l'on ne peut pas manger même à deux. Pas une seule table. Aménagements vieillots, cuisine très rudimentaire. Salle d'eau très bien.

Ne pas se fier à l'aspect extérieur, l'intérieur est très bien. Calme.Au centre-ville. L'affichage LED de la clim peut-être éteint.

Klimatyczna Cremona bliskie spacery dla zwiedzających

Właściciel bardzo pomocny, uprzejmy, pomógł nam znaleźć darmowe miejsce parkingowe bardzo blisko mieszkania, odpowiadał na wszystkie pytania od razu. Mieszkanie bardzo klimatyczne, można poczuć że jest się w historycznej Cremonie. Wszystko co było potrzebne było na miejscu, ręczniki, żelazko, suszarka, w lodówce chłodna woda. Przewodniki po Cremonie, WiFi, klimatyzacja. Wyposażenie kuchni znakomite. Przekąski, kawa, herbata, na miejscu jest też mikrofalówka dla tych co potrzebują. Po wyjściu z budynku można usłyszeć w tle ćwiczących studentów conservatorium, jest to też super dodatek dla tych, którzy szukają wyjątkowego klimatu. Położenie mieszkania też doskonale, bardzo blisko muzeum skrzypiec, które jest najważniejszym obiektem dla większości zwiedzających to miasto. Do wszystkich innych historycznych miejsc czy do starówki też jest blisko spacerem. To byl bardzo miły pobyt dla nas i dla dzieci.

Gemütliches und sehr zentrales Stadt Apartment zum Wohlfühlen. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Das Appartement ist gemütlich und sehr sauber. Sehr nette zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Der Kühlschrank beinhaltete Wasser und Saft inklusive u.a.

Ein Wasserkocher wäre schön. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu bemängeln!

Posizione ottima per girare a piedi!

Posizione comodissima rispetto al centro, trovato facilmente il parcheggio, appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario e anche di più, ci hanno fatto trovare anche acqua e qualcosina per colazione, proprietari molto carini e disponibili!

L'unico aspetto è il cortile in cui si trova l'immobile che non è molto ben tenuto, il contesto è molto vecchio e di conseguenza anche l'appartamento, nonostante sia assolutamente decoroso. Lo spazio per mangiare non è molto, conviene restare fuori!
