A wonderful quirky hidden gem.

We had fantastic communication throughout & clear instructions for entering the property & a quick response when getting in touch. This place was so unique, a hidden gem, like a mini castle inside a normal looking block of flats. I loved the quirkiness of it & it was great value too. It was around a 20 min walk from the train station. There was also a small selection of snacks & some milk left for us which was a nice touch. If I ever came back to Cremona I'd definitely stay again.

This is nothing to do with the property but In Cremona, a lot of restaurants & shops shut in the afternoon (Mon) & most of the eateries didn't reopen until after 7.30pm so be prepared if you arrive hungry & it's the afternoon. We ate later at the restaurant across the road Baaz Costello, next time I'd walk into the centre for better quality food.

Great place to stay in Cremona

The place is unique - which is fun. It is a normal multi family house, but inside looks like in a castle. It is just a couple of minutes walk from the historic city. Perfect for us.

It’s very quirky, quite a surprising property for the location, in a nice way. Clean, big, comfy!

It was the perfect stay for me and my son to visit the violin museum.

It was very comfortable and the host was VERY gracious. She went way out of her way to make my stay easy.

Funny strange place

Location and communication with the hosts was perfect! Very nice breakfast waited for us ❤️❤️❤️❤️

a lot of attention was paid to the interior, but the doors to the rooms and the toilet do not close completely, it is very crowded for four. There are no air conditioners, but there are fans, although they do not save at 30 degrees. do not open the windows - from the backyard overlooking the canal, it does not smell very pleasant.

Quirky faux castle decorated apartment.

Well priced apartment walking distance to center. River view from bedroom. Screened windows and fans. if your into Medieval role playing this is your set. Hosts came o et early so that we could leave our luggage and bicycle.

No wifi or air conditioning. Fans work well.

Exceptional

It was great experience! Like spending night in a castle. Even with a fire place. We had problem with electricity, but hosts were very heplful and came quickly to fix the problem. Kitchen is small, but had everything for preparing breakfast. There was cofee machine and capsules for us. And even some croissants and jam. The location is a bit outside of the old town, but less than 10 min walk.

THE DESIGN OMG THE DETAILS!!! Good location (train station, store (I went to Penny Market), city center are all 5-15 minutes away), safe area, well-light neighbourhood. They paid attention to the tiniest details, even the lamp holders fit into the theme. Pleasant vibes, the fire noises just the cherry on top. Kitchen equipment, salt - oil - balsamic vinegar, jams, nutella, different croissants, toast, teas, coffee, honey, orange juice, UHT milk, water, and (not free) yogurt in the fridge. and a beer 🍺 From the (very spacious) bedroom you can see an adorable river. Next time I will bring my mom with me and definitely stay here again, churning butter and playing on a lant at the riverside

I have a very bad luck when it comes to keys and I couldnt really open the front door but you might have more trained hands there was a brownish slimy layer on the bottom of the sink, could have been cleaned in 2 minutes The shower not draining fast enough but I guess in the medieval times people didn't bathed too often anyway :D

No wi- fi in apartment. No air- conditioning in apartment ( but necessary if temperaturę more than 30 C). We prepared ourself the breakfast from components whitch we received, but it can be more diversified

Superb

We loved the unique decor and comfy beds. Despite the exterior appearance, the apartment is lovely and cozy. The included breakfast, coffee and food was also wonderful and a thoughtful gesture. Our host (Alda) had thought of many things to make our stay comfortable. A short drive or reasonable walk from many Cremona sights. Highly recommended!

Fans were a good substitute for the lack of air conditioning, but might not be enough in hottest weather. Also, I see other reviews highlighting a lack of bath mat. This is needed too as the bathroom floor does get very wet!

Appartamento confortevole e comodo, silenzioso e vicino al centro storico di Cremona. Letto abbastanza comodo. Colazione sufficiente.

Il bagno senza bidet è un po' difficile da accettare. Anche le dimensioni del lavandino lasciano un po' a desiderare

Wer auf schliessbare Zimmertüren und eine echte Küche verzichten kann und auch nicht unbedingt wert auf WC-/Badezimm

Die Lage ist gut und ruhig in einem Hinterhof gelegen. Bequeme Betten.

Die Zimmertüren bestehen aus dünnen Holzplatten und sind nicht schliessbar, man kann sie nicht zu machen, auch die WC-Tür kann nicht richtig zu gemacht werden; das ist wirklich absolut unangenehm. Das Badezimmer ist insgesamt eine mittlere Katastrophe: man kann nur sehr kurz warm duschen, wenn man mit mehreren Leuten da ist, da warmes Wasser aus einem winzigen Boiler kommt. Dass eine Küche vorhanden wäre, ist von den Hosts leicht übertrieben dargestellt. Es gibt zwei Kochplatten, mit denen Essen warm gemacht werden kann. Preis/Leistung empfanden wir als nicht okay.

A pleasant day in Cremona

Bell'appartamento, carina l'idea del tema medioevo. C'era tutto quello che serviva. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono. Il centro citta si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi. Cremona mi ha stupito, non la conoscevo e devo dire che il centro città merita una visita.

L'appartamento era un po' freddino, non si poteva ancora accendere il riscaldamento e il pavimento in piertra non aiuta.

Cremona è da visitare!

Questa casa è in una posizione ottimale, 5 minuti e si va in centro, vicino c’è una pizzeria d’asporto comodissima, la casa è molto particolare, subito colpisce l’arredamento medioevale, meraviglioso! La casa è piccola, ma c’è tutto il necessario.

In una camera matrimoniale c’era un odore sgradevole, non si capiva da dove venisse, tipo di vecchio.

Sehr spezielle Ausstattung. Unseren Kindern hat es extrem gut gefallen. Fahrräder konnten wir in einem eigenen kleinen Keller einstellen. Anleitung per Whatsapp als Video erhalten. Fand ich eine super Idee.

La ubicación está muy bien La decoración está muy bien, es diferente a todo los demás.

Falta aire acondicionado. Aunque rompa la estética de la decoración, es imposible estar allí sin aire acondicionado. Los ventiladores no llegan a poder quitar el calor. Aunque pone cuando lo reservas que no tiene Wifi, pienso que ahora mismo una casa sin wifi se queda atrás y le resta valor

Horror!!

Ideale per chi ha una predilezione per l'"orribile"

Ricostruzione claustrofobica dell'interno di un castello medioevale. In un anonimo condominio senza scale (per fortuna è al primo piano). Assenza di aria condizionata, bagno privo di bidet, lavandino minuscolo. Scarsa carta igenica di cortesia (ho dovuto usare i fazzoletti di carta che avevo). Cucina che si presenta con materiale di cortesia per la colazione: una bottiglietta d'acqua, una mini confezione di latte, una di succo di frutta, qualche cialda di caffè, 2 cornetti confezionati, una bustina miniporzione di nutella due di marmallata, un pacchetto di biscotti, uno di 4 fette biscottate. Non aspettatevi di più. Del resto siamo nelle segrete di un castello Tutto arredato in stile ma a saperlo mi portavo la corazza. Non aspettatevi nessuno a ricevervi. Tutto fatto su wapp...

Soggiorno fiabesco!

Appartamento da favola, sembrava di essere veramente all'interno di un castello! Non voglio esagerare perchè poi le aspettative diventano altissime ma complimenti veramente ai proprietari per come hanno ristrutturato e arredato l'appartamento! Letti comodi e zona silenziosa, buona colazione e disponibilità dello staff.

L'apparenza inganna...non fatevi fuorviare dalla zona un pò fatiscente! L'interno dell'appartamento è veramente molto bello!!! Purtroppo devo segnalare la mancanza del bidet ma del resto siamo in un castello medievale!!! ;-)

Imperdibile se si trascorrono delle notti a Cremona.

L'ambientazione medievale è divertente, Non mancano i servizi necessari per dormire bene, lavarsi e per prepararsi una colazione semplice. Ci sono succhi di frutta, latte senza lattosio, caffè, biscotti, brioche ecc. Letti comodi, con doppio cuscino. zanzariere, doccia ampia. Quartiere silenzioso, ho dormito con la finestra aperta. Centro raggiungibile a piedi. Non posso giudicare il parcheggio perché eravamo viaggiatori itineranti con rotelle (roller e skate). Nonostante i festeggiamenti dei tifosi per la promozione in A della Cremonese, botti e schiamazzi erano lontani e per niente fastidiosi. Forza Cremonese!
