A wonderful, spacious and affordable property in an excellent location and authentic local feel

The apartment was incredibly spacious and homely, the bed extremely comfortable and the location was excellent. The city centre was about a 10 minute walk away. The kitchen was well equipped although I didn’t use it as I ate out. I wish I could have stayed more than one night to fully properly enjoy the property!

I would have liked an air conditioner in the apartment as it was quite hot while I was there and the apartment was a little warm.

A comfy place to stay for one night.

Spacious king size bedroom. Living room with a table and two single beds. Small but functional kitchen. A bathroom with a shower. The apartment was actually a flat in an old, large block of flats. About 10 min walk away from the centre. Paid street parking (free from 6PM - 8PM) outside the building.

Good location, prompt communication with the owner, apartment is beautiful, spacious and has all necessities. Kitchen is equipped. It is very central, building has an elevator. I had a great stay!

Grande appartamento, ben riscaldato visto il clima gelido. Molto pulito ed ordinato. Posizione eccellente a due passi dal centro.

Appartamento accogliente e comodo.

La casa è grande e molto accogliente, la tipologia dell'arredo se non piace può apparire pesante, a me ha riportato piacevolmente ai tempi dell'infanzia e il tema "sartoria" mi ha fatto sentire a casa. Il bagno è pulito e ristrutturato. Le lenzuola e le asciugamani sono pulite. In casa non manca nulla e può essere vissuta comodamente. Posizione comodissima, 3 minuti a piedi da Palazzo Trecchi e 10 minuti per il Duomo. Lungo la strada il parcheggio la domenica è gratuito. Il supermercato dista 5 minuti a piedi. Paolo è molto gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerei e lo consiglio.

Si potrebbe definire appartamento di "Nonna", tutto un poco agé. Comunicazione col proprietario non proprio rapida. Disguido con acqua calda risolto dopo 24 h. Sicuramente esperienza non tremenda ma non consiglierei appartamento.
