I would avoid staying there in the summer with NO air conditioner available

I only liked the price of the property - that was a mistake

Place was super HOT, almost not livable with NO air conditioner option available. Upon entering the place temperature was +34 C (about 92F). Bathroom / toilet door is a sliding door with 5 cm (2 inch) gap from the wall. No privacy at all Apartment is a 2 room studio. Not a 1 bedroom Apartment is quite dark. It is not worth it trying to save money on it

Nice apartment at a fair price

The location is not far from the city center, you can easily walk there and enjoy ice cream or a snack before dinner. The apartment offers all you need for 1 night stay, if your expectations are not too high

The building looks quite old and not well maintained on the outside. Black out often as apparently the electrical/heating system are not up to the required power

Cool decorated flat

-clean -the kitchen appliances so we could cook -a lot of power outlets -the levitated look of the beds and closet with the LED’s (the one on the double bed wasn’t working but that’s ok :)) -the bathroom is super modern -very spacious -the snacks (breakfast) -the hospitality of the host All in all it was a very pleasant stay in Cremona in a well decorated flat - we enjoyed it a lot :)

-the bathroom door can’t be fully closed so not a lot of privacy -no AC but the fans helped a lot

Convenient stopover

The host is nice, the room is pretty clean, couple of spider webs, the kitchen is equipped with both microwave and electric oven, fridge and an extremely large sink. I just love the sink! I want one the same! It's so incredibly large you can wash a large frying pan and it will still be room for more dishes inside :) There is also a single bed in the kitchen/studio area, useful if you travel with a kid. No comments about the blue lights :)

The Fantasy House is a room transformed into a bedroom+ bathroom+kitchen/studio. The bathroom door was merely an iron sheet hanged from above, nicely carved with Superman's logo. Can see through and hear stuff. So, if you have privacy issues you need to go there with someone that are very comfortable with :) Bed is a little bit too short, I'm 1.95 and I guess the mattress was 1.85 or close.

Soluzione efficiente e comoda

Appartamentino ingegnoso per come è stato ristrutturato, che comunque si rivela efficiente e confortevole, con spazi, arredi e accessori più che soddisfacenti. L'estetica forse non è al massimo ma è compensata dalle attenzioni ai dettagli, come la presenza di shampoo e bagnoschiuma, cialde per caffè, fette biscottate, marmellate, merendine e succhi di frutta. Prodotti industriali ovviamente, ma sempre apprezzabili. Niente da dire sulla pulizia. Parcheggio gratuito in strada.

Lo scaldabagno consente una doccia di 5 minuti, dopo di che occorre attendere 30 minuti. Questo fatto è dichiarato chiaramente dall'host. La zona è un pò decentrata, ma comunque sicura e silenziosa. Gli asciugamani sono un pò ruvidi.

ottima posizione per raggiungere i luoghi d'arte nei dintorni di Cremona e Crema. A pochissima distanza dal Festival del Luppolo in Rock. Soprattutto accettano cani!

Tutto il resto in particolar modo la colazione. Per tre persone in 2 giorni 250 ml di latte senza lattosio (chi lo ha chiesto) 2 brioche che fanno la guardia da tempo alla struttura 1 pacchettino di biscotti e una, e sottolineo una, capsula per il caffè (colazione fatta al bar accanto per le 2 mattine). Sporcizia e abbandono della struttura da mesi imutilizzata. Polvere e insetti morti sparsi per la casa. Bagno non sanificato e lavandino con briciole e ripiano imbrattato di qualcosa di appiccicoso. Saponi nel bagno inesistenti, carta igienica con strappi contati per pulirsi

I LED blu sotto l armadio

La zona,il palazzo...c erano ragnatele su tutta la parete della cucina,polvere ovunque. Il bagno non aveva il bidè,ma la doccetta che perdeva acqua. Il piano del lavandino che si muoveva. Sicuramente non torneremo più!! Poi non abbiamo conosciuto di persona i proprietari, ma per whatsapp ,e ci hanno chiesto 3 euro a persona a notte come supplemento, mentre su booking c era scritto 2 euro. Sinceramente ho lasciato sul tavolo 4 euro...per me esperienza poco accomodante.

La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima 5 min dal centro in macchina..c"era la disponibilità del parcheggio fuori ma anche sulla strada ..la cosa che mi ha anche colpito è il silenzio ...lo spazio delle stanze ... siamo stati davvero bene . Grazie mille Assia e Roberto da Pistoia

Lo spazio è il fatto che fosse ben fornita di elettrodomestici per cucinare

Le porte interne non si potevano chiudere perché le maniglie erano rotte. Il tragitto dal cancello alla porta di ingresso.
