Affordable, clean, conveniently located.

Good location in the city of Cremona (very close to attractions such as the violin museum and the cathedral), even though on the opposite side of the railway station. Spotless clean. The kichen is reasonably equipped to prepare basic meals (even beyond breakfast), but expect to buy/carry all the ingredients including olive oil. A pleasant surprise was that my room came with a reasonably interesting collection of books (mostly in Italian).

The feature I liked the least was that you need to use your mobile phone every time you come in or go out, and the system requires you to pre-register online; this was not something I knew about when I booked. Totally useless for people travelling without a smartphone (exotic these days but I know a few) or if your smartphone runs out of battery. Wifi only accessible if an extra fee is paid (I didn't bother). My room was one of two in the house, but its door could not be locked.

If you want to enjoy a free swimming pool in the bathroom, this is the place for you. Just three minutes into your shower, water will flood every corner of the floor. I reported this issue, but never received any response.

Struttura molto pulita. Letto comodo. Facilmente raggiungibile. Ragazza delle pulizie molto gentile. Il proprietario era fuori per lavoro, quindi ci ha accolto lei.

Non ha funzionato l'ingresso telematico dal portone d'ingresso. Fortuna le buone e care chiavi dateci poi dalla ragazza delle pulizie. Non sempre è stato facile trovare parcheggio lì davanti, ma nei dintorni ce ne sono molti altri.

Ok d'inverno, meno d'estate

La posizione è comoda, si trova parcheggio nelle vicinanze negli orari meno affollati, struttura pulita.

Camera molto calda d'estate, non c'è aria condizionata. Avevo bisogno di qualcosa all'ultimo minuto ma ad essere onesti a questo prezzo si trovano struttura con aria condizionata e bagno privato.

Ottima posizione per spostarsi nelle zone centrali, bagno pulito; lenzuola, asciugamani e bagnoschiuma inclusi nel servizio.

L'host gestisce tutto da remoto utilizzando un'applicazione per il check-in, per questo è fondamentale avere una buona connessione per poter accedere alla struttura senza intoppi. Tuttavia, le istruzioni fornite dopo il check-in online sono chiare e basta poco per abituarsi.

Bella struttura!

Accesso alla struttura in autonomia. Casa bella, pulita e ordinata. Zona tranquilla e molto vicino al centro. A disposizione c'erano tovaglie, tè, un boiler. La consiglio!
