Value, location, facilities.
Being of a certain age I found the sofa in the lounge a little low for easy standing up, but this is a very minor criticism.

The place was very welcoming , clean, excellent facilities and close to town the parking was plentiful for the property .

Lovely big apartment. Nice having a washing machine. Came in handy. 5 mins to the beach. Owner is carrying out up grades to the hallway. Should be nice when it is finished. No work going ahead whilst we were there
Back steps were under construction and should have had a temporary handrail on it.
