Location was good only a short walk in to Penzance, easy to pick up food and supplies from nearby shops
Hallway lighting could be a bit brighter, to illuminate the stairwell better

Location was great. Price was good. Building has good bones. Apartment had high ceilings.
Building is under construction, which we were not informed of. Building entry was not welcoming: raw wood floors, holes in walls, open electrical sockets, unframed doors. The apartment was better but still didn't seem complete or well thought out: no toilet paper holder and only one small towel rack, linoleum kitchen floor with big bubbles, peeling wall paper in kitchen, one interior kitchen cabinet had holes and was simply ikky, inadequate, dim lighting throughout, poor caulking and tile grout coming out in bath, bed that sloped to the middle, apartment entry used as storage. Not a great experience.
