Bright 2 Bedroom Apartment near Seafront Central Penzance

Great value, close to beach, town and host.

Location was good. less than 15 mins to central Penzance and 5 minutes to the sea front. Pleasant road. Flat was comfortable and homely. Humongous TV- if you do like large TVs. We had to sit at the opposite end of the room to watch it because it hurt my eyes trying to watch it from the sofa in front of it.

It was difficult to cook as there were only a couple of small pans, a small fridge and little food storage space. Manageable for 3 nights but not sure how it would be for a longer stay. There was only a small one cup cafetiere which was disappointing. Bizarrely there were 2 shower units inside the shower cubicle. One had better water pressure but ran only cold water and the other was warm but had very poor water pressure. The bathroom sink is also a tiny corner sink. Alsoit is a 2 bedroom flat but there is only one bathroom which is an en-suite to the main bedroom . This would not be suitable in many circumstances. There is also no central heating only plug in radiators which was ok in June but not sure how that would be in cooler temperatures.

Die Informationen per mail waren ausführlich und rechtzeitig. Die Grösse des Appartements ist sehr angenehm und Nähe Stadtzentrum. In der Ausstattung gibt es einen Wäscheständer und Haarfön, falls nötig mobile Heizkörper.

Die Sauberkeit des Geschirrs war sehr mangelhaft, ebenso die WM nicht nutzbar, weil so viel Schimmel. Der Hausflur sieht aus wie eine Baustelle und man wähnt sich zuerst am falschen Ort. Die Wohnung hat dann aber angenehme Atmosphäre.
