Good communication and equipment but areas need attention

Everything you could possibly need for a stay was provided- tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, dishwasher tabs. Fully equipped kitchen. Great communication from owners

Large amount of steps to the property which twist and turn and get narrower to the top. Zero view from apartment and courtyard garden. Run down outside areas/ communal areas. Feb stay - property extremely damp inside - wet walls and terrible smell of damp in the bedrooms and bathroom. Property is apparently up for sale

A very clean, modern, well-equipped and reasonably spacious apartment. The furniture is simple but there's everything I needed - good sized fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, reliable internet and a very comfy bed.

Lovely property. Great location. Very clean and beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in!

Shower had no screen so bathroom floor was continually flooded. We used one of the towels to mop it after use.

Little break

Lovely little 2 bedroom apartment with lovely outside space. It's very quiet.Not far from the centre of town,all downhill.Penzance is ideal for getting to other parts of Cornwall if you do not want to drive as it has excellent public transport links.

Unfortunately, it was too hilly for my mum,it's ok going down but not coming back up. There are plenty of taxis though.

Perfectly well stocked, dog friendly apartment in a great location

We came here for our mini-moon and have come away feeling really happy and well rested. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Little touches such as prosecco, biscuits, tea, milk and dog treats & poo bags were really lovely. Great location, just a 12-15min walk to the seafront with all the shops and restaurants. Super comfortable beds with amazing pillows! Kitchen has all the utensils you need and the enclosed garden was perfect for our dog.

Only thing we can comment on is we would have loved a hoover! There is a sweeping brush and dustpan & brush provided but for our own cleanliness with a hairy dog we would have liked to have hoovered up during our stay.

Clean, Comfortable, Cozy

Very clean and warm. Helpful guide to the property left for us and excellent communication before our stay around access etc. Thoughtful touch was to leave tea, biscuits along with cake and Prosecco as it was a birthday stay. Bedding and towels like new and there was nothing we couldn’t find we needed in kitchen either.

Nothing we didn’t like. Hilly walk up from Penzance and steps to property so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues but clue is in the description (above the bay) and it didn’t bother us. I would also say once you’ve had a shower and wet room floor is wet you do then get wet feet again when going back into bathroom. We couldn’t understand why not just a normal shower installed ? Perhaps for accessibility reasons but given location and steps to property this didn’t make sense. However this did not distract from excellent stay as floor dried off whilst we were out during day and was not slippery when wet.

Highly recommended with very helpful and responsive owner. Location is good. 15mins walk into Penzance. The apartment was very clean beds were very comfortable. The apartment is very pleasant and done out to a good standard. We definitely come back again.

W Kornwalii spędziliśmy piekny czas. Zwidzaliśmy, kosztowaliśmy lokalnych potraw.

Mogliśmy przyjechać z naszym kochanym pieskiem. Nie było problemu. Gospodarz przygotował dla Dixio miski i snaca. Było czysto. Mieliśmy świąteczny nastrój. Była mała choinka i ozdoby świąteczne. Kuchnia dobrze zaopatrzona. Stosunkowo blisko do centrum miasteczka.

Niestety nasz apartament miał widok na następną ścianę budynku. Widoków zero chociaż blisko morza.

Komfortabel eingerichtet. Außenbereich zum Sitzen. Sehr ruhig. Innenstadt bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Großer Supermarkt (Tesco) in der Nähe.
