Cosy, beautifully decorated and furnished, great position, lots to do and see on the doorstep.
Parking was a bit of a faff, but cheap long stay car park was a 3 min walk away.

Phoebe was really friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the centre of Penzance and our dog was welcomed.
Had to park a small distance away, but we knew that beforehand and it was no problem.

It was clean
Location up a narrow alley, hard to find and nowhere to park car.
Very narrow steep stairs to bedrooms so had to leave luggage in lounge. Unsuitable for anyone elderly or physically impaired.
Not a cottage at all. Just an old townhouse. No floor coverings anywhere just boards.
Toilet immediately off kitchen.
