Homely, warm, and fantastic location.

You have a choice of shower or bath. And different floors. And the garden if we had good weather we would have had our meals outside. Internet was reliable. And lovely games. And access to wash your clothes and dry them too.

The bath water wasn’t hot enough (my boyfriend loves his bathes!)

Excellent place to stay in Penzance.

Really great house - very comfortable and well equipped. Nice touches in decoration and facilities made it home from home. Two bathrooms as well as a downstairs toilet made it easy as we were staying with my elderly parents. Having the parking space was also really helpful. Very easy to get to the town centre and walk along the seafront. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was very well done with an eye to quality. The property was very clean, close to the main promenade and perfectly suitable for a family and friends with 3 bedrooms. Highly recommend.

The bedrooms get hot due with sun. Even though 2 beds had table fans, would be good to have slightly larger fans and in all the 3 rooms for the summer season. That said, it is a minor inconvenience.

A lovely house in a great location for holidaying in Penzance.

A beautifully clean house with lots of bedroom space and bath/shower facilities. A great location near to the sea front and with easy access to all the shops, pubs and cafes in Penzance and Newlyn. The nearby Morrab gardens also provides an easy to reach green space if you have a dog or just want somewhere to sit and relax.

The courtyard garden is quite small and covered in stones which could not be walked on in bare feet or by our dog - so this space was not utilised by us to its fullest.

Eine tolle Unterkunft für Erkundungen in Penzance und Umgebung

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft in Penzance. Zwei Familien können hier getrennt auf verschiedenen Ebenen wohnen. Dabei hat jeder sein eigens Bad. Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind im Erdgeschoss. Dort ist auch die Waschmaschine und der Trockner und eine weitere Toilette. Vor der Küche gibt es einen kleinen Freisitz. Es ist sehr ruhig hier und doch ist das Meer nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war in Penzance das Golowan Festival. Der damit verbunden Lärm war hier in der zweiten Reihe kaum zu hören. Man kann schön auf dem Balkon sitzen und die Ruhe genießen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Ein klare Empfehlung für den nächsten Besuch.
