Perfect location

Perfectly located close to the foreshore, and easy day trip access to the surrounding area. The property is of the highest standard. Excellently cared for and has special little touches throughout. The beds were so comfortable, the shower had fantastic water pressure and the climate control was brilliant. Easy access to secure parking. A very enjoyable stay.

A fantastic stay in an excellent house close to all Penzance facilities

The high quality of the facilities, the personal attention by Joel the owner when we needed a teapot, the location so close to everything and the reserved parking space which is such a bonus when parking in Central Penzance in the summer.

The standard of accommodation was excellent and the property was conveniently located by the sea front, which suited our needs exactly. On arrival there was fresh milk in the fridge and and biscuits on the table - a nice welcoming touch!

It was a really nice place to stay, the rooms were really nice and the bathroom was stunning! I would like to return with my family :) No need to drive anywhere, everything is walking distance. The host was very helpful and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Couldn't fault this place.

Beautifully designed and decorated property that was well positioned, easy parking and helpful host.

We loved the location, easy proximity to places of interest and restaurants. No problem with finding free parking. The property was exceptional and we will certainly book there when we visit that area again.

Well furnished and presented, well equipped and every occasion and what we might need had been thoughtfully provided. Felt homely and stylish at the same time. Lovely quiet location, cosy, convenient for sea front and the shops.

Superb location, spacious property. It's close to everything you need but far enough from busy streets. Lived communication with the host which was concise and clear.

It'd be great to have some shampoo/shower gel available because I had to go to a shop to get them after a full day of hiking.

Lovely area plenty to see and do just nowhere to park disabled not supported by council unless you are registered disabled in cornwall.

Parking nightmare double yellow lines everywhere. Charging stations ripoff £30.42 for charging 16 miles plus £4.00 carpark fee.

Just perfect, home from home!

The property was furnished with exceptional quality. Every aspect of the interior was high-end; including every modern facility and technology.

It would have benefited from a second bathroom/ en suite but otherwise it was faultless. Parking was a challenge but always succeeded on nearby streets.

Clean, modern , good location, sky tv and WiFi couldn’t ask for anything more! 1st time in Cornwall and Joel was fantastic with recommendations of things to do in the area aswel as local restaurants to visit. Joe Stayed in contact with us throughout our stay making sure everything was ok for us. Would highly recommend this place.

Loved everything about the house especially the size of the kitchen and bathroom. The house was also close to the beach which was good for evening walks and well located to other places i.e. Lizard Point and Lands' End. Joel was also a superb host, he stayed in touch prior to and after check-in to make sure everything was okay. Really loved the Christmas decorations he had put up around the house and it was a bonus to have a Christmas tree supplied. My family and I look forward to returning to the house in the summer.

Wunderschöne saubere Wohnung, tolle Lage und netter Vermieter.

Die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung war richtig schön und komfortabel. Alles Wichtige vorhanden und sehr sauber. Der Vermieter Joel war sympathisch und immer hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
