It had a garden, the location was perfect, near town, had internet and had two tvs to use.

No clocks and no bath

The location is pretty convenient and near to the railway Station and High street. The host provided a nice bunch of welcome snacks and drinks. The rooms are good. Kids have some good board games to play.

The washroom didn't have any toiletries like shower gel, shampoo etc. It would be nice to have those. Also as a suggestion, if the host can provide kitchen roll, that would be nice.

The welcome basket was much appreciated. The kitchen was enormous and incredibly well stocked - count those glasses! Very close to bus stops but surprisingly close (well it surprised us) to the Town Centre. Very comprehensive information folder. Gratifyingly large soft towels. Outside space was excellent. Communication with the letting agent, and the owner, was exceptional when needed.

Little things, really - nowhere to leave wet towels to dry, some trays in the kitchen would be useful. One of the bedside lamps in the main bedroom had nothing to plug into, maybe an extension lead has gone missing?
