Stunning 2 bed apartment with sea views, Penzance

Modern, new appliances, proximity to Penzance for a meal. Except stained and frayed carpets it was very clean and well presented.

Fan in bathroom not working. Shower floor very slippery no rubber mat found. Couldn’t adjust shower temperature. Carpet frayed, big stains in places. Couldn’t gain access to house and therefore apartment with PIN code on Booking confirmation. Phoned numbers on booking form, kept waiting, cut off kept waiting a second time, neighbour suggested one of us find Darren’s father who lived nearby. He gave us a code to get in the front door and the apartment. Smaller bedroom, very narrow space between bed and wardrobe corner. Did not like wooden bed frame.

Very clear instructions, found the property easily

TV didn't work properly but owner was very responsive and tried to sort it asap

We were very pleased with our stay and the location was very convenient

The location was good

The property is not stunning as described. The apartment has lots of maintenance issues which need to be addressed. The carpets are stained and tatty, the walls are stained and need repainting in many places. The bathroom is below par for a 'stunning' apartment and the extractor fan sounds ridiculously loud when turned on. The decor is bland and depressing with no personality. I would describe as student flat style. The sofa in the living room isn't comfortable and there is no armchair so not enough seats.
