Perfect location, quick & easy walk into Penzance, lovely views, very nice shower, easy to find. a perfect little place to stay in the heart of penzance , amazing value for money

would of liked a washing machine, sofa bed crippled me i left feeling like id aged 20yr. note to self: let the kids sleep on there and chose the big cosy bed!

Perfect one night stay

Very easy check in with very clear instructions. accommodation was clean and very tidy. very welcoming and cosy. no problems at all. lay out is lovely and very comfortable

Bed was a little smaller than expected. 6ft 2 hubby feet were hanging off the end but other than that very comfortable for our one night stay.

Property is ok.

The owner is not friendly at all,we stayed there for one day,we had take aways there,owner said we left food stain and was trying to blame us fir it and wanted us to replace whole carpet,work top and he was abusive to us and was swearing.owner was very hostile and very aggressive.

The location is central to shops and the coast which was nice. The property offers a lot of space. Comfy beds. Easy entrance, liked the door code entrance.

The property needs to be refurbished. It states stunning but it's falling a part in some places like the carpets coming up, the kitchen counter coming undone. It looks a bit tattered. Stunning would mean a perfect mint condition property. It didn't feel like it was cleaned to a high standard. Found hair in my bed. Parking is a bit of a nightmare as spaces were not always available.

We had a pleasant stay and a good night sleep.

The apartment was clean with a little wear and tear. The beds were super comfortable. It was quiet and we had a really good night sleep. Some essentials were provided, which is handy when you only stay one night like we did. We were even so lucky to find a parking spot right in front of the apartment.

Penzance was much better than the apartment. We’d come back but board elsewhere

Conveniently located near the main part of town. Partial view of the sea and waterfront

No washing machine. No dishwasher. The shower control did not function well and consequently the water was unbearably hot. No spices, cooking oil, nothing in the fridge or larder except for a few complimentary tea bags and mini sachets of milk. Things felt unnecessarily frugal.

A very central spot to stay when visiting the amazing features of Southern Cornwall

Property was very clean and in a great position. Easy walk into the main town, and had beautiful view of the Harbour from the kitchen table.

Parking in the area was difficult when busy, but we always found one reasonably close-by.
