Clean, well equipped and convenient

It was very modern and well equipped inside, spotlessly clean. Not far from the train station and walking distance from the port. Beds were comfy and the shower was nice

The flat was hot, there was a standing fan but it was a little noisy and had a light on all night. Didn't seem to be anywhere to open a window

Very Clean modern and comfortable apartment with all appliances. Plus it was in a great location close to train and bus stations and the town. Sea views from both front and back windows.

Could’ve done with a few more kitchen items -utensils and microwave pots. Mop and bucket for spillages and a dust pan and brush for cleaning up. Felt it could’ve done with a chest of drawers for clothes and maybe a chair in the bedroom.

Once I understood the key system it was great albeit there was no deadlock on the apartment front door. The property is in a great location close to town and the harbour. The interior newly decorated to a very good and modern standard. The property was warm and inviting and ideal for a short stay.

Regrettably the apartment did not have dedicated parking which caused some stress when we arrived as the whole street was full of parked cars on both sides of the road. This caused some anxiety when trying to unpack the care some distance from the apartment. My wife got locked in the bathroom as the sliding door jammed closed when fully shut.

Steer away from this Misleading dishonest host

While the accommodation itself was decent and the interior was well-presented, my overall experience was frustrating and disappointing due to misleading information and inflexible, unprofessional behavior from the host. The price listed was not transparent, and after noticing the discrepancy, I immediately requested a cancellation. Unfortunately, the host refused—despite my request being well within reason—and insisted on keeping the booking. I find this level of stubbornness and lack of customer care deeply troubling. To make matters worse, the host denied responsibility for the payment process, even though Booking.com confirmed that the property handles the funds. This inconsistency and avoidance of accountability were unacceptable. In terms of the stay itself: • There was no internet provided. • No TV was available, contrary to the listing. • The shower was extremely cramped, making it very uncomfortable. • The unit is located on the second floor with no lift, which should be made clearer in the listing. Overall, I felt misled and mistreated. A simple, fair cancellation policy and clearer communication would have prevented all of this. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this host stay based on my experience. They are so selfish, greedy and not responsive at all. Booking.com also tried calling them many times however they refused to reply.

Mooi appartement met keukentje en zithoek, in een rustige buurt maar toch vlakbij het centrum.

Zeer mooi appartement in een rustige en deftige buurt op slechts 10 min wandelen van het centrum. Wij verbleven er drie nachten en vonden elke keer parking in de omliggende straten.

De grote slaapkamer achteraan het gebouw krijgt veel licht en ook zon waardoor het binnen behoorlijk warm wordt (en dan was het nog niet eens bijzonder warm buiten). Er staat gelukkig een ventilator en die ga je ook nodig hebben.
