Location, clean, Netflix access, Xbox fun, internet access, shower/bath was lovely and comfortable beds

Not quite what we were expecting.

Convenient location, although on top of a steep hill that was difficult for elderly people. Good amount of plates, glasses, cups etc.

Very disjointed property & there was a strong smell of mould throughout.

Family get away

We had a lovely weekend with our extended family. The house was very comfortable, clean and an easy walk to the amenities. We had not asked for a high chair but there was one left out for us.

There were not enough comfortable sofas/chairs for 7 adults.

The house is spacious and clean when we arrived. The wifi is quick. We managed to relax in the living room while watching movies and youtube and the x box is a plus for kids. Kitchen has complete stuff for cooking. There's washing machine and dryer so that you could wash the clothes that you used in the beach and hiking. It is near the town and plenty of grocery shops around. Gary is also accommodating and quick on answering my queries. We arrived there before 2pm but the check-in time is supposed to be at 4pm but Gary was happy to let me know that if the house is ready then we could check-in early.

The drain in the bathroom upstairs is clogged so I needed to buy an unblocker and the pillows are a but too thin for our family. But we are still manage to wash and sleep comfortably.

House was lovely very clean and easily accessible Drive way too steep you park but able to park across the drive and plenty of street parking available Nice small garden pleasant to sit in Washing Machine and dryer a bonus Location close to town and station Overall a good stay

Steep walk down and up into town not a problem for us but could be if mobility is a problem Lounge area is uncomfortable not suitable for us - 6 adults Kitchens could have more crockery eg no bowls to make salad in No serving bowls Beds in 2 upstairs room double and twin are very uncomfortable you can feel springs in the mattress could do with mattress toppers

Great hosts the house is a gem in a nice neighbourhood and location within walking distance to everything, it’s perfect for exploring Penzance. The property was very clean and comfortable it ticked all our boxes and the garden was lovely and south facing with friendly neighbours, we will be back 😍

Very enjoyable stay.

Both kitchens were well equipped, complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits were an unexpected extra. Property would suit a large family as it has 2 bathrooms and another separate toilet so no queues! Property was easy to find in a quiet residential street. Accommodation over 3 floors so plenty of space,also a private garden.

No complaints. One point to be aware of is that the driveway is quite steep.

great place for 4 or more persons having your own room

easy access to park although it was November so not as busy season we were there, 4 bedrooms was good and spacious rooms 15 min walk to town centre, coffee Tea and sugar sachets ready to use was great help after getting there late, we were working 4 lads,

all seem ok nothing to dislike all bedding was fine and beds comfortable bath and showers were hot

Perfektes kleines Zuhause

Das kleine Häuschen war perfekt für unsere Gruppe. Das Design ist mega gemütlich und die Lage perfekt über den Dächern von Penzance. Der Kontakt mit Gary war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Der beheizbare Kamin war das Beste nach einem kalten Regenguss.

Tatsächlich nur Kleinigkeiten: wir waren nicht darauf vorbereitet, Toilettenpapier mitzubringen, was wir aber noch rechtzeitig bemerkten. Die Betten könnten etwas gemütlicher sein.
