Spacious modern comfortable apartment. Real coffee . Breakfast cereal jars. Very friendly host. Steve. 2 decent showers. Great view of Penzance bay
Up 3 flights of stairs which was a challenge for my elderly mother. Fine for the the rest of my party

Bay view apartment was in a very good location- checking in & out was easy and host responded promptly, 2 minute walk from the beach promenade, 20 minute walk to the city center/high street, and bus & train station. Plenty of cafes and eateries. Host are very kind
The master toilet was out of conditioner, the shower door was missing and water spilled on to floor, black out curtains would be nice in the house, kitchen table leg was broken
