Could be delightful.

The view. The host was nice. Kitchen was well stocked. Appreciated the cleanliness of the place and that this can be hard to maintain in these places. Enjoyed the pigeon chatter in the walls!

The table was broken/ falling apart and was not safe to eat a meal on it. Upon further inspection it had been poorly repair with a length of screw left dangerously exposed (health and safety nightmare!). The mattress i. The master bedroom was appallingly uncomfortable and lumpy due to mattress collapse. The window in the front room did not close so the place was freezing cold and the blind was poorly repaired and couldn’t be closed either. There was no way to turn on the heating to warm up either.

This apartment has great potential if given some care by the owner.

Great location - near seafront on a residential street.

Pigeons in the attic and under rafters made one of the bedrooms a noisy place to sleep. Kitchen scrubber was used and filthy. Refrigerator shelves, especially on inside of door were sticky. Microwave dish was not clean. No hot mitts for cooking. Very slow drain in bathroom. No elevator to get up to Apt. 6 - several flights of stairs up. Very soft beds.

Great location, clean and modern, just a few updates required to give it a 10

Friendly host, welcomed us, on a horrendous wet day. There was parking on street nearby, the apartment was modern and clean, with a view of the sea front. Host left us some tea/coffee/milk etc and cereal for breakfast

would be useful to have coat hooks for wet coats, on back of main door perhaps, the table had a wonkey leg, so everything sloped off the table, not very stable. (we did report it straight away, in case hose thought we broke it - the host said they knew of this?) The matteress on double bed a bit lumpy.
