Very friendly owner; good communication. Flat very clean. Although we did not cook kitchen very well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Shower very very clean.
That it had stairs and no lift and was not listed in booking.com to know about them.
Also to go to the bathroom needs to go down some stairs. Sofa not so comfortable.

Fairly easy walk to most Penzance services & facilities.
Car parking extremely tight for a medium sized car.
Bathroom on a different level to lounge/dining/kitchen areas.
Stairs between lounge level & bath level very noisy.

Extremely clean and very well kept in a great location with free parking. The bathroom and kitchen were lovely and modern.

Location and size. Lovely clean good quality towels. Coffee tea etc left. We didn't really use kitchen only to make drinks.
The whole place seemed cold and not aired. Beds felt damp. No instructions for the heating( except outdated ones). The pillows were really smelly of sweaty body odour need a clean. A dreadful smell in shower room when we turned on light and extractor came on. We couldn’t work out where it was coming from. I ran shower for a while and poured a lot of bleach down by shower outlet and eventually it cleared. Possible good maintenance clean of outlet pipes.
