Wonderful place, clean, bright, nicely landscaped place upstairs kitchen with living room, everything you need to spend your holidays.

We had big problems with the internet in each of the rooms, you couldn't watch TV well.

One of the double beds was very “squeaky”. Low water pressure in the shower. Other than that - wonderful!

Modern newly renovated. Comfortable in every way. 5 minutes walk to the train and bus stations. Behind the shopping street.

It’s a pity that windows in the bedrooms cannot be open for fresh air, probably due to the fact that the bedrooms are on the street level. It would be nice if they could upgrade the mattress.

lovely modern place, great location a few things i would like to be changed first before rebooking (my personal preferen

the accessibility near shops was 5 min walk which was so convenient, lovely area we liked the hand soap in bathroom :) , the modern bathroom , upstairs layout and decor modern , the washer dryer very useful , fully stocked kitchen and appliances

we didnt like the metal bed in the main bedroom it was so creaky was hard to sleep minimal storage for clothes. just an open hanger unit in each room with one drawer that had linen in it. / no drawers or unit for clothes about 10 mix and match hangers between 2 rooms (we had 4 suitcases so had to keep the clothes in them) printer company noise over the road every morning ( didnt realise it was a printers) didnt appear to be deep cleaned on arrival just surface clean in kitchen and bathroom, beds changed and tidied

As we arrived on a rainy day we appreciated the flexibility of an earlier check-in and general responsiveness of the hosts. Clean, cosy, warm, nicely furnished with all you need for a staycation. Conveniently located, close to the station.

It's value for money

If you want to have a taste how the city is, you are at the best place. It's 1 mnt walk to high street, local shops. Welcome gifts were superb, decorations of the rooms were lovely. Must mention the glowing mirror stills the show in the bathroom. Kitchen equipped with all sorts of needs. Beds are comfy with enough space. Wifi connection is great.

Some quick suggestions - Need a lock in the bathroom Put the door number at the front door You must inform the guest's about the location of the key box, during night time it's difficult to know it's hiding under the window. And please pick up the calls.

Location is in a small lane, near enough to the shops but far enough to be quiet.

Small things, the can opener just wouldn't work. The Kingsize bed was too soft and unfortunately this made it too difficult to sleep comfortably.

No response despite two emails enquiring whether OK to stay as four adults and two small children. No key code access sent in advance. Not enough information about parking which is difficult.

couldn’t fault the property. we tried to eat out but not much available. we had a Tesco supermarket close so we ate in. kitchen well kitted out which made it easy.

Kleine Gastgeschenke warteten zu Beginn unserer Reise. Dafür möchten wir uns noch mal bedanken. Unbezahlbar ist die zentrale Lage des Lofts im Ort, so dass ein Urlaub komplett ohne Auto als vierköpfige Familie möglich gewesen ist und wir das südwestliche Cornwall umfassend und im übrigen bei bestem Wetter erkunden konnten. Freundlicherweise wurde uns für einen Aufenthalt ein kostenfreier Wechsel von Handtüchern und Bettwäsche ermöglicht.
