The whole apartment is on three floors! This is not mentioned anywhere. kitchen on ground floor, hall and bathroom on first floor and bedrooms on second floor. There are steep stairs from one floor to another. The bathroom is on an entirely different floor than the bedrooms. The apartment is decorated well, but highly inconvenient for all ages! The window blinds won't come down in the bathroom, making it difficult for privacy. More than aesthetics there should have been focus on functionality. the keys were inside a coded box which was quite difficult to open.

A great property for arty people

Good location, very private and close to amenities. Relatively close to buses and trains. Facilities in house. Very clean. Easy but secure access. Timely pre visit information. Good price. Rooms are on three floors so great scope for privacy/ quiet time. All rooms have good, interesting art works. Overall a good relaxing stay.

There's nothing to not like but there things that might detract from a visit for some people. 1. The stairs are very steep and would be challenging for persons with an infirmity. 2. The WiFi is underpowered, our phone reception wasn't great.

Cosy, charming decor.

Very cosy and lovely decor. So nice to come back to after a day of sightseeing. Ideally located for shops and restaurants We wanted for nothing and would have no hesitation recommending this charming house for a holiday in this gorgeous area of Cornwall.

Great place, totally worth it

Located in the central area, it's walking distances to train station, seaside, bus station, or any restaurants you like. The property is clean, spacious, and enough facilities ready to use. It comes with two dining tables, one at ground floor where we eat, and the other is on first floor where we drink. It even has board games!

The boiler didn't work on the first day we arrived(we spent 3 nights). And in the following days when we took shower by turns(we've got 4 people in total), it only works for less than 10 mins, and no hot water until 10-20mins later. I didn't realised that the seagull was that loud - I woke up at 4am everyday...But it's really not todo with the property.

Sehr schön renoviertes, kleines Ferienhaus - sehr großzügige Räume, alles modern und komfortabel, großes Wohnzimmer mit großem Fernseher, sehr gutes WLAN, modernes Bad mit großer begehbarer Dusche. Sehr bequeme Betten. Große Küche. Perfekt, um mehrere Tage zu verbringen- vor allem als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von Cornwall! Alles ist sehr gut erreichbar, sehr gute Anbindung. Parkplatz fussläufig in der Nähe, sehr preiswert!

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, alles sehr schön - wenn überhaupt, kann ma n die schmalen Treppen im Haus erwähnen, was aber kein Problem darstellt

Hyggelig, praktisk men kan by på begrensinger for noen.

Veldig bra beliggenhet, sentralt i byen. Leiligheten har alt en trenger av utstyr, f.eks på kjøkkenet,. Alt var rent, pent og helt.

Det var ikke gjort oppmerksom på at leiligheten er på tre plan, med bratte og smale trapper. Litt vanskelige å komme opp til soverommet med koffert. Dessuten var det meste av leiligheten teppebelagt og det kunne ha blitt problematisk, da en av gjestene har astma/allergi. "Vegg til veggtepper" er for det meste borte i resten av Europa og derfor tenker en ikke over at noen faktisk bruker det fortsatt. Trappen og teppene er to ting som bør komme TYDELIG fram i beskrivelsen av leiligheten.
