Charming Two-Bedroom Artist's Residence in Central Penzance

Wunderschön eingerichtet und zentral gelegen Im Hof kann man gut sitzen für frühstück etc. die Küche hat alles was man braucht und die Zimmer sind bequem und geräumig.

Location was great, walking distance from beach and market. Lots of shops and restaurants in mins distance of the house. Its specius and having all things required for a stay.

The stairs to climb each floor for drawing/bath room, bed room and kitchen.

Great location. Well appointed and equipped. Also liked the outdoor courtyard.

Seagulls screeching from 4.30am disturbed sleep badly. I don't think it was clear that there are 3 levels. The 2 flights of steps between them are precipitous and dangerous - unsuitable for children and anybody with limited mobility

location is good Decoration done with lot of paintings and ship models kitchen well equipped

The whole apartment is on three floors! This is not mentioned anywhere. kitchen on ground floor, hall and bathroom on first floor and bedrooms on second floor. There are steep stairs from one floor to another. The bathroom is on an entirely different floor than the bedrooms. The apartment is decorated well, but highly inconvenient for all ages! The window blinds won't come down in the bathroom, making it difficult for privacy. More than aesthetics there should have been focus on functionality. the keys were inside a coded box which was quite difficult to open.
