Die Wohnung war sehr hübsch, aber den Eingang über eine Wendeltreppe im Hinterhof haben wir fast nicht gefunden.

Liegt in einer Fußgängerzone, so dass das Gepäckausladen schwierig war.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön.

Bei der Anreise gab es ein wenig Irritation um die genaue Adresse. Die Gehend ist nachts ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig.

I liked having 2 bedrooms. I liked having a kitchen with some small items still available like oil and salt. The internet was reliable. They keys were easy to get from the lock box. The place was clean.

I paid GBP 484 for 2 nights in August. That is very expensive. The property is above a restaurant and at night there is a lot of talking and people walking about. I asked the Host to provide a fan. They said "they did not have one and the place was cool enough". Then I went to read the reviews, and as early as 2023, there was a reviewer who stated they did not have a fan. Therefore, I think to neglect the comfort of your guests for a cheap fan made this not value for money. It is an "Airbnb" style set up and not a hotel or B&B. The access is through a very narrow alleyway and then you have to walk up 1 flight of spiral stairs, so not for mobility challenged persons. The property is on 2 levels. When you walk in, there is the kitchen. On that floor you go past the bathroom, a shower section and the living room. Then upstairs (narrow stairs) you will find 2 bedrooms. So to use the toilet at night means walking carefully downstairs. The sofa looks comfy but was very prickly. I have no idea why. The carpet on the ground floor is stained and needs a steam cleaning. The lights in the Living Room are VERY DIM. I found it difficult to read and had to try to watch their TV. However, once turning on the Samsung TV, I noticed there was NO AERIAL. I could not watch anything like the stations you would expect because Host did not have a TV licence. They said I should log onto my iplayer, but I do not use my passwords in strange locations due to possible hacking etc. To charge such rates, I feel the Hosts need to provide value for money as the Premier Inn was fully booked which is why I booked it. At the rate I paid, I would never rebook. Then once I arrived home I saw an email from the Hosts, that I missed reading, asking us to "put all the rubbish out in the bins downstairs before leaving". I thought that was very cheeky to suggest a Guest empty bins.
