Lovely location with parking and plenty of space.
I received 18 _ yes 18 emails from booking.com before I even arrived! This was too many, a distraction, and meant I started scan reading them instead of paying attention to them! Also, the directions might wish to mention spring tides - on some days, if I had followed the directions, my car would have been in a couple of feet of salt water!

Superb location. Only seconds from good pubs and restaurants. Not withstanding the proximity to the town centre, it was still very peaceful being off a main road. If you want to explore the wider area without your car, the train station is only a short walk away. The accommodation and facilities were more than enough and you feel at home straight away. I did read a few reviews before going and had been a little concerned about "musty" smells and dampness. Visit was during the early autumn so thought it might be an issue. There was absolutely no musty smell or dampness anywhere. It was very nice. There was also a Cornish Cream Tea waiting for us on arrival which was very nice. Would highly recommend.

Location great, comfortable with all you could need
Clothes felt damp and patches of damp behind TV on wall. Towels never dried after shower each day - damp atmosphere. Cobwebs and quite a bit of dust by bedside cabinets.

Atmospheric. Fun decor. Unusual DVD choices and great location for accessing swimming, shops, pubs and restaurants and art galleries. Sweet little garden to use across the road. Comfy sofa and nice big screen for watching films. Good coffee machine. Great that dogs are allowed. Cosey for nights in.
Mustiness was difficult. Affected my breathing. Garden needed some TLC. I spent an hour tidying it. Garden table dangerously rusty. Mattress protector was not clean. Sink was in a difficult position and we couldn't manage to work the tap to get hot water. Lukewarm at best. Lots of vehicles using the road as a cut through. Might be because of road works. But very disruptive as windows are right onto the road. Rather gloomy in the daytime.
