La localisation dans la ville : au cœur de toutes les interactions : rue commerçante, restaurants et pubs, port, gare, plage, jardins, mais aussi des grandes routes pour rejoindre Land’s end, St Ives et Marazion… avec un parking très facile d’accès à deux pas de l’appartement. Formidable.

Les voisins du dessus bruyants et sans gêne (machine à laver partagée). Mais ils étaient absents toute la journée !

Lovely location with parking and plenty of space.

I received 18 _ yes 18 emails from booking.com before I even arrived! This was too many, a distraction, and meant I started scan reading them instead of paying attention to them! Also, the directions might wish to mention spring tides - on some days, if I had followed the directions, my car would have been in a couple of feet of salt water!

Superb location. Only seconds from good pubs and restaurants. Not withstanding the proximity to the town centre, it was still very peaceful being off a main road. If you want to explore the wider area without your car, the train station is only a short walk away. The accommodation and facilities were more than enough and you feel at home straight away. I did read a few reviews before going and had been a little concerned about "musty" smells and dampness. Visit was during the early autumn so thought it might be an issue. There was absolutely no musty smell or dampness anywhere. It was very nice. There was also a Cornish Cream Tea waiting for us on arrival which was very nice. Would highly recommend.

Location was good, property had mostly what we were looking for as far as equipment etc went. Some items such as washing up liquid, tea bags, salt and pepper etc were provided and milk, scones, jam and cream that was there for us was a nice touch

We think had some damp issues, a dehumidifier in the bedroom which we did put on each day and it filled. We had to wash up some of the items in the Kitchen before we could use them as they were not clean, eg a pan, the jug, baking tray. The TV was a bit limiting with Channels and when we tried to steam a channel 5 series it kept loosing the internet. We also had a family above us whose child/children ran and jumped about a lot so it wasn't as quiet as we had hoped.
