Shower was hot, WiFi worked good. Comfy beds.

The fact it's advertised with free parking and there is no parking, you just have to drive around the town until you can find a space on the road which is almost impossible. The property is not clearly named or numbered, we had to drive around for ages down very narrow streets trying to find it, needs clear signage. The property smelt damp and could do with some work, very basic and overpriced.

Perfect stay for 3 in CentralPenzance

Super comfortable, convenient with lots of extra touches which was really appreciated. Perfect for the ferry to scilly isles and would be ideal as a holiday cottage as its a stones throw from a long sandy beach, for exploring beautiful Penzance . Cool kitchen with coffee machine, air fryer, large fridge freezer, breakfast bar and sweet little terrace. Just perfect .Can't wait to stsy again for.longer. Dogs very welcome and super helpful hosts.

Great location, needs a bit of tlc.

Great location, spacious apartment, very comfortable bed and lovely powerful shower.

Downstairs needs a lick of paint. The stairs were tricky to go up and down, even if you don't have mobility problems. Would be helpful to have more handrails and the stair carpet was uncomfortable underfoot. Interior window frames in lounge dirty, walk in wardrobe needs to be properly decorated and more hangers provided.

The stairs were a bit challenging. Could have used handrail at top for going down. Some staples/sharp objects could be felt through the carpet stair coverings. Could have used additional chair at downstairs table and additional hand towel.

Overall it’s a lovely little cottage in a good location

It’s in a good location tucked away in a courtyard and very close to the sea and train station. The lounge is a lovely, bright space with double aspect windows and lots of comfortable sofa space. There’s a good size bathroom with a powerful shower and everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Overall it’s a pretty place and great to have a bit of outdoor space.

We were disappointed with the kitchen. It’s quite tatty, we had trouble with the freezer door as the handle was loose, the extractor fan didn’t work and we found the basic breakfast bar awkward and uncomfortable to sit and eat. The stairs are very steep and I think a couple of things could be done to make them safer at the top: put railings along the wall on either side to the bedroom and lounge and paint the edge of the top wooden stair with white paint to make the edge clear where the step has three sides.

A delightful few days in a convenient mini apartment very close to all that we needed.

Very useful locaton, close to train and bus station, ferry to Scilly Isles and town centre, reasonable size kitchen, separate sleeping arrangements, very good shower. Felt very private.

Sofa bed was a a bit short for an adult.

Cosy mews house, very conveniently located.

Excellent location, very close to public transport and town facilities. Cute house, comfortable stay, basic kitchen provisions appreciated, robes were a nice touch, useful notes and leaflets on local area.

A little scruffy, some noise from building works next door, courtyard was not private, no oven.

Lovely cottage in prime location.

Lovely little cottage, in a great location within walking distance to main streets and the train and bus stations. Easy to get hold of Fiona too which helps and had some recommendations for places to eat and visit during my stay.

Minor thing, one of the windows wouldn’t open and I like to open for fresh air but otherwise nothing wrong with the place.

Lovely apartment right by the sea front!

Location was great, lovely apartment, thoughtful milk and water in the fridge, lovely living space and comfy bed. It worked perfectly for our trip and I thought was even nicer than the photos.

It took us a little while to find as we followed the post code rather than where it was on the booking map, so check the map on booking.com!

Pretty, comfortable and stylish apartment in a quiet area in central Penzance. Ideal for stations, Ferry and exploring West Cornwall. Appreciated the tea, coffee, yoghurts and cereals for breakfast in the kitchenette.

Perfect town centre bolt hole for a couple.

Great town Centre location, near to everything. Bright, comfortable living area and bedroom. Nice welcome treats which is a nice touch. The shower was really good.

Parking is a bit tight in the area. The kitchen area very small and basic and the downstairs had a bit of a damp smell. The very steep stairs and downstairs toilet could be an issue for anyone with mobility problems.

Relaxing, spacious apartment with cosy double bedroom and airy 2 sofa sitting room with smart tv and log burner style heater. A really lovely place to hunker down and chill in the big bath. Handy kitchenette with hobs, fridge, nespresso and breakfasty things. Helpful hosts with local tips. Parking very close by. Everything on doorstep but very quiet.

Good for a short inexpensive stay close to the sea

Conveniently close to the station. The property is very well equipped fir a few days self catering close to the sea. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom freshly appointed so lovely with a super bath

We were at first a little concerned about the stairs separating us from the bathroom and our 8 year old grandson . This didn’t prove to be a problem as we soon got used to them

Nice hideaway

Bed was super comfy! Fiona was accommodating & checking in was easy. Location was great - super close to town. Able to bring our dog too. Heating was great upstairs in lounge & bedroom. Shower was great - large bath too!

No allocating parking - had to park on steep hill on residential street. Unable to take dog upstairs to lounge so was left in cold kitchen and bathroom. Would love to see some more personality across the property.

Superb little place So close to the station Had everything we need Beautiful decor Friendly hosts Very safe My son loved the TV! Such an affordable place for us to stay in Penzance, far exceeded the Premier Inn in comfort and style and outshone all other Air BNBs we have stayed at in Penzance as this one was so safe and secure.

Nothing at all to dislike Just an FYI, quite steep little stairs if you struggle with mobility. These were not an issue for us at all.

A wonderful clean and quiet place to stay

Quiet location. Lovely and clean. We were looking for a room for the night and this was a much better option by far. To have your own space with a separate kitchen area, bathroom living room and bedroom for the money we paid is a real bonus. We will be back..if it's available 😃

Overall finish of the accommodation has been completed to a standard level of detail rather than a high end finish as you might find in hotels and the like.. Suited us just fine and may have cost more if they had plowed thousands into a big renovation I guess Would definitely stay again without doubt. Absolutely everything we needed 😃

Bardzo podobało mi się ilość pomieszczeń. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. I było czysto.

W momencie przybycia do obiektu David powiedział że ogrzewanie zostanie włączone za 30 min. I tak się stało tylko że działało przez 4 max 5 godz. Było zimno zmarzliśmy. Kran w wannie nie działał na gorącą wodę w prysznicu była ciepła i wszystko działało tylko ze my chcieliśmy wziąć kąpiel i się nie dało.

Diese Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie hatte sogar ein zweites Bett. Wir sind komplett zufrieden und würden gern länger bleiben…

Gut gemeinte „Beduftung“ ist etwas zu viel. Wir haben sie abgeschaltet und gelüftet. Das ist eben Geschmacksache. 🤗

Läget var perfekt för oss som tågluffade, fem minuters väg till både tågstation och bussstation. Köket var mycket välutrustat, och vi uppskattade särskilt att hitta färskt bröd, ost och mjölk i kylen när vi kom en lördagskväll. Sängarna var jättesköna. Det fanns utmärkt information tillgänglig med bra tips på matställen.

Trappan mellan övervåningen, där sovrummet och vardagsrummet fanns, och undervåningen, där badrummet och köket fanns, kändes lite äventyrlig på natten.
