A great little bolt hole to explore the area, very clean and comfortable. I

Location was great to explore penzance and surrounding area on the buses I appreciated the local bus timetable supplied and other info books. I felt safe as a single female in the area and secure inside the nook I'm a keen sea swimmer so the heated towel rail was good to dry swin gear. I bought a beach towel as I didn't want to spoil the soft towels supplied in the apartment I left the beach towel for the next person to use

It took me a while to work out the smart TV but it was great once I got the hang of it

Fantastic stay in Penzance!

The studio was perfect for what I wanted. The property was very clean and had everything I needed. Only a short walk and you're in Penzance (recommend Loafs Bakery and Zennor Wild café for breakfast). I worked two days from the property and the WiFi was super fast.

Lovely little apartment, has everything you need. Good location, near train and bus stations, harbour, shops, takeaways etc. Was clean and I felt safe staying alone. (You can book luggage storage in Premier inn down by the train station for if you want to explore on your last day.) I recommend booking the Mermaid Pleasure Trips, Wildlife Trip to see the dolphins and seals

It was quite warm and difficult to cool the accommodation down, a fan was provided though. Noisy neighbours/street and light in through the glass door panels overnight but didn't disturb me too much. Wouldn't put me off staying again as the location/amenities were brilliant

I loved staying at The Nook. It was comfortable and convenient.

I really like The Nook. It was clean and was smartly decorated. It had everything I needed. Further, the location was great because it was a two minute was to the ocean, bus and train stations.

There was a little problem with the wifi but the owner was on it and everything worked out great!

Overall poor. Would not stay again

Uncomfortable bench. No chairs. Nowhere to hang anything, no clothes hangers. Difficult for 2nd person on inside to get in & out of bed. Bathroom, no surfaces to put down anything, shaving gear, make up etc. No hand towels supplied. Bathroom door sticks on kitchen floor. No door mat to wipe feet as you enter straight off street. Careful not to catch hand on entrance door lining holding handle when opening/closing. Self catering I know but absolute minimum crockery & utensils

This property is a little gem close to everything in Penzance.

First of all, Robin, the owner/manager, was extremely respomsive to our needs. Now I see in the reviews, which I had not read before, that others wished there was a hair dryer and fan. Rest assured, Robin had those put in as soon as I mentioned it. Overall the apartment is cute, modern, compact, well-designed, and comfortable. We were very pleased with our stay. It is within walking distance of the train station, but be warned that it's an uphill trek if you're dragging luggage.. Without luggage, walking around the town from this apartment is easy. On the other hand, based on my observations, if you arrive by car, finding a parking space may be difficult.

great location, easy walk to town and got a car parking space outside. really well designed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I’d recommend Seaview fish and chip shop round the corner.

Exceptional

brilliant location, right next to town centre and harbour. very clean and spacious for a couple of nights away. very nice bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, tv with Netflix and streaming services included. phone call from the property owner on morning of stay to make sure I had all the information that I needed before my arrival.

the only slight negative is the parking, it’s all free on street parking in a residential area so was hard to find a space. there is a car park in the harbour that looked like it had cars staying in over night but can’t confirm this as we never had to use it.

very functional studio apartment, just what you need for a short break. It's a one room apartment (just as described) but was perfect for our stay as we had plans for most of the days we were there

- good location easy to find as labeled clearly the nook - wifi available - host responds fast - clean and new facilities - everything works. - everything stores neatly away and good plug points. - would be nice to have a mini hair dryer plus clothes dryer as swimsuit/wetsuit season!

- host did not tell us in advance about the key - had to reach out the morning of the checkin about the key code to door. - the wood in the room was new so smelt new and a little bit dusty. but got used to it. wish there was more ventilation though. - because this is a ground floor street level - sometimes can hear cars parking/car doors closing etc. however v quiet at night as residential area.
