Чисто, просторно, обзаведено. Много добра локация - 30 мин пеш до стария град. 45 мин до Царевец пеша. Хипермаркет зад блока.
Дреболии - нямаше нож белачка, тирбушон и затопляща кана. Нищо, което да намали оценката.
