Very close to the center (15 minute walk), a very clean and comfy location with all the things necessary for a longer stay. We booked it twice for 1 night each, but I liked the city so much that when (not if) I return I'll try to find this property again.

Central location in Veliko Tŭrnovo, big apartment.
We are in our 60's and got the apartment on 4th floor without elevator. The specified parking spot was full and not accessible with the luggage to the apartment - we had to find an alternative parking spot. Only 1 pan and 1 pot in the kitchen. There were electric issues that I had to resolve myself.
