We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apart hotel

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable, which made it easy to relax. Overall, everything met my expectations and I would gladly stay here again.

The only inconvenience was that we were accommodated on the top floor while traveling with small children, whereas our friends stayed on the ground floor. This resulted many trips up and down the stairs — I guess it was their way of helping us stay in shape!

We stayed here as a family and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. Its location is excellent, easy to access and close to everything we wanted to visit. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our stay even better. Overall, a great place that we would happily return to. Highly recommended!

The property was modern, very clean& very comfortable. The hosts were very communicative & helpful. There were complimentary goodies and necessities. Best stay during our two week trip through Bulgaria.

Not a problem for me, but there was no elevator. If you get a room that's higher up, you'll have to use the stairs.

Wonderful stay

Everything was just great for our needs and we would love to stay again in there! Especially the fact that there is a parking place, it’s right behind the building.

Maybe the only thing that we would need is an elevator especially if we were accommodated on a higher floor as we had stroller and a bunch of other stuff. Second floor was great though. And one recommendation for the host - please send the whole accommodation information to your guests preliminary. I had to ask several times for instructions regarding different questions, because the information wasn’t sent as in one piece, but piece by piece.

Dissapointing

The cleaning

Disappointing experience – poor communication and misleading listing We rented two studios: one 35 sqm and one advertised as 50 sqm with a veranda. Unfortunately, our experience was frustrating from the beginning. Parking was extremely difficult to find and not marked with the property’s name. Check-in was not done in person, but via a poorly written SMS in broken English, which made it hard to understand which rooms we were assigned and how to access them. We accidentally entered room 101, which was open, unaware that our room (S01) was located in a separate entrance to the left of the courtyard. A few hours later, the guests for 101 arrived and found us there. The owner eventually showed up and moved us to S01, which clearly did not match the description. We were told the 50 sqm included the veranda – which is misleading, as we expected an actual indoor space to accommodate three people, not a cramped room with barely 10 cm between the bed and the sofa. We were unfairly charged 25 EUR for the cleaning of the studio we accidentally entered and stayed in for only two hours, even though the confusion was caused by the unclear check-in instructions. We were also unfairly accused of smoking indoors when we had only smoked on the balcony. Due to the extreme heat (42°C), the smell may have lingered, but we were careful not to smoke inside. Moreover, the hosts showed up later to “verify” how many people were staying, despite us clearly booking for 2 and 3 persons respectively. The 35 sqm unit also included the balcony in its total size, which felt misleading. Instead of being welcomed, we were treated with suspicion and blamed for their own lack of organization and communication. This was far from a professional or hospitable experience.

Exceptional location, hospitable host, neat and clean apartment, and building.

The apartment was better than described. If you travel with family, you will find all you need, from fully equipped kitchen to exceptional barbecue area. The whole apartment was neat and clean, and the location was convenient, right in the center of the city. Everything is nearby, and the main attractions are just 10- 20 mins away by walking.

Very clean, modern and stylish apartment

The accommodation was of very good quality, a very clean place, equipped with everything necessary. Before we arrived the owner sent us a message with the room number and the code for the main entrance, so we didn't have to wait at all to get in. The location is close to the city center, restaurants and ATMs. The free parking was also a plus, although it is a bit cramped.

The pillows could be softer, they are quite hard. The friends I was with, staying in other apartments, felt the same.

Great accommodation, great host

Good location in the city center although a bit far to reach visiting points solely by foot; bus is available tho, and makes for a great way of moving about the city.

The advertised free parking is available in very tight places or unsafe passage ways. Four slots are available on property premises but if other guests are parking-challenged i.e., don't know how to park, you're bound to have to use one of the unsafe parking slots. Paid parking is available but if you're not from Bulgaria it's difficult (impossible?) to pay by phone.

Great apartment, very clean, good value for money

- The room was very clean; - Free parking at the residence; - There is a supermarket very close; - The kitchen is equipped with some plates, cutlery and everything you need to prepare a breakfast; - Coffee machine and capsules; - Plenty of storage room for clothes and shoes; - Air conditioning; - Table and 2 chairs, suitable for dining; - Fast check in and self check out; - Overall it was a great stay, we would stay here again if we ever return to Veliko.

- The bathroom is extremely small and it does not have a sink, so you need to wash your hands in the kitchen sink; - In order to go from the car to the room you need to pass through a zone with some stairs, and the area is pretty dirty.

Căldura a fost realizată de aerele condiționate ceea ce nu asigură confort și calitate pe timp de iarnă. Acestea fac zgomot, iar căldura nu este una placuta. Au calorifere dar nu au mers niciodată.

Много чист, нов и светъл апартамент. Перфектното място за престой във Велико Търново. Бихме посетили отново със сигурност.

Не е много близо до Царевец и забележителностите наоколо, но има градски транспорт на често, а и разстоянието е перфектно за разходка.

Emplacement formidable. Literie haut de gamme.

Il manque des équipements dans la cuisine. J'aurai préféré 4 capsules de café en plus plutôt qu'une bouteille de vin. Vous pouvez aussi fournir un tablette de lessive. Le divan est mal placé et inconfortable. Pas facile de se garer dans le tout petit parking.

Es uno de los mejores sitios de Veliko Turnovo para alojarse! Lo recomiendo a todos! Muy limpio, cómodo, moderno, calentito en invierno! La cama comodísima. La ubicación excelente!! El hecho de tener aparcamiento propio (para 3 coches) es un gran plus!

Просторные апартаменты, чисто и уютно. Хозяин был на связи и проинструктировал , где припарковать автомобиль.

Неудобные подушки - слишком высокие для меня. Нам не хватило маленькой сковородки, чтобы пожарить яйца, например, но это некритично.

No hay parking reservado. Hay 4 sitios en los que cualquiera puede aparcar en una calle sin asfaltar. El resto de los coches están aparcados donde pueden dificultando el acceso. No hay detergente para lavar la ropa aunque hay lavadora
