To expensive for what it offers

The location is good, very open with a lot of light.

No soap, shampoo or other cleaning products and we managed to find 1/2 roll toilet paper for both toilets. Could have been cleaner. It was an old beauty saloon that became a place for accommodation. Sheets were not clean in the bedroom we chose but luckily there was a second bedroom. Sink in the bathroom is located in the corner behind and it is not possible do your toilette. Definitely this has to be done at the kitchen. second bathroom has no sink. could become a nice place to stay but need a lot of reconstruction. The last thing we have noticed is the “wall” between both bedrooms. There is 40 centimeters gap between walls. In case two couples rent the place they can see and hear each other easily.

The apartment is very spacious, very modern, with an industrial style furniture. The beds are really comfortable, major plus! It has an amazing terrace with a lovely view and all the facilities needed (washing machine, dishwasher, iron, everything you need). Bonus - parking spot. Only 15 mins walking distance from the city center. Air con is a highly appreciated bonus in the summertime. Very responsive hosts, only a phone call away, always available. The self check in system is absolutely great, we were even able to enter the apartment a little bit earlier than the normal check in time.

The only thing we didn't find to be mentioned in the add is that the two bedrooms are not separated by any means, which might be slightly uncomfortable (we were a group of two couples). We only spent a night there, so no troubles really.

Inedit dar nu neapărat în sensul bun

Locația foarte OK, aproape de centru și e un loc inedit ținând cont ca ești în stadion. Comunicarea cu gazda a fost super OK. Pentru banii pe care i am dat a fost OK.

Nu este un apartament urat, dar are multe minusuri. Baia mult prea mica. Dusul greu de folosit. Daca nu te poti plimba cu prosopul pe tine prin apartament e aproape imposibil sa nu stai cu hainele ude. Mirosul insuportabil si curatenia a lasat de dorit. Era mucegai pe gresie si fainta, care se putea vedea si cu ochiul liber. Intregul apartament este open space, inclusiv dormitoarele. Ele sunt ok pentru o familie cu copiii si cam atat, mai ales ca nu ai intimitate deloc. Nici macar in apartamentul de la etaj pentru ca are geamuri doar pe jumatate de perete. Intimitate nu ai nici in bucatarie, mai ales ca vezi in ea de pe casa scarii.

Удовлетворительно, но не комфортно!!!(

Номер не оправдал наших ожиданий. Один плюс в том, что в данном здании находился только один номер и нам никто не мешал. Вообще нам показалось что это какое-то полуадминистративное здание. Номер нам показался неуютным (но это наше субъективное мнение). По прибытию перед нами убрали номер, но свежести и чистоты не ощущалось. В итоге, номер оказался "уставшим" и совсем не соответствовал цене. По телефону, хозяин сказал, что мы можем оставить автомобиль на подземной парковке, которая относится в нашему номеру. В итоге, оказалось, что такого места не существует и охранник вообще не в курсе парковочного места для нас. Это не было проблемой, так как вдоль улицы было много свободных и бесплатных парковочных мест. Мы припарковались вдоль дороги, но спали с опаской, так как неподалёку бродил "подозрительный контингент". Как результат - номер не оправдал наших ожиданий!

Некомфортно и жарко! Кондиционеры далеко не первой свежести, а если учесть, что номер находится на 4 этаже на крыше - это создаёт неприятные ощущения!

Разочарование

Бяхме прекалено заети и по-добре,че се налагаше да сме повече време навън

Студиото се намира в офис сграда, на последен етаж, без асансьор. Имайте го предвид ако отсядате за повече дни и сте с по няколко куфара. Чистотата беше на много ниско ниво! За тоалетните да не говорим, в отвратително състояние, две са, буквално метър на метър и половина. Усещането докато си в студиото е ,че все едно си във фризьорски салон, каквото най-вероятно е и било в миналото. Счупени контакти, от които се подават кабели! Внимание ако сте с малки деца, както бяхме ние! Терасата- необезопасена по никакъв начин, с изпочупен под. Счупена тоалетна седалка , счупен и повреден душ, нисък дебит на водата, изпочупени щори, при положение,че насреща имате жилищна сграда! И какво ли още не! И всичко това на ,,скромната" цена от 188 лв за нощувка!!!???? На какво основание??? Никога повече!

Recomandăm cu căldură această locație și le mulțumim gazdelor pentru un sejur plăcut.

Am fost deosebit de mulțumiți de comunicarea eficientă și plăcută pe care am avut-o cu personalul locației, care s-a dovedit a fi extrem de amabil și respectuos. Apartamentul corespunde în totalitate descrierii și imaginilor prezentate pe Booking, fiind dotat cu tot ceea ce este necesar ( masina de spalat vase, fier de calcat, televizor smart, ustensile de bucatarie). Cu siguranță, această locație va fi prima noastră alegere dacă vom reveni în Veliko.

Singurul aspect care ne-a creat un mic disconfort a fost baia, care este relativ mică, iar ca sugestie, am recomanda înlocuirea capetelor de duș.
