Great flat

Very beautifully done flat in the heart of the city.

Unfortunately there were steep steps from the ground level to the bedrooms. A bit of inconvenience in the middle of the night when you need the bathroom.

Great vacantion, perfect place!

My family and I absolutely loved everything! There wasn’t a single thing we disliked about the location or the apartment itself. It’s clean. It’s tastefully decorated and fully equipped. It’s spacious enough, has a balcony, comfortable mattresses, good blankets, and a large sofa. Smart TV — you can relax watching YouTube instead of Bulgarian channels you don’t understand! 😁 (for foreigners, obviously). It’s close to the city center, close to the park, quiet, and with a beautiful view. I wasn’t bothered by the street traffic or by people seeing us on the balcony, because overall, the apartment made me feel at home. We had a basket with a bottle of water, a snack and some sweets! That was also really cool! The host is wonderful — he welcomed us warmly and helped us whenever we needed something. There’s a parking spot in the yard, which is a big plus, especially since apparently cars get taken away every day… 😅 I admit it’s hard to find a good apartment or place in Veliko, but we did it! It was the best choice!

Good Value for Money – Everything You Need for a Short Stay

We stayed for one night and everything was perfect — great communication with the owner, excellent location, and very clean. The property is close to many shops and restaurants, and the rooftop terrace is a wonderful bonus. Parking is also available on-site, which was very convenient.

The stairs can be a bit tricky going to and from the bathroom

The apartment is very central, just a few minutes' walk from the castle. Lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby. The host was super friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Very good apartment for group of friends or family passing by Veliko Tarnovo

Good location especially for short staying (easy access in and out the city), private parking place, good coffee shop nearby and excellent restaurant walking distance. Clean, new, good beds & shower, spacious balcony/terrace, quiet area.

A coffee machine would be nice, for morning coffee drinkers like me

The apartment is cozy, good looking, very good location, has a private parking spot closed with gates. The owner and the employee are very nice and helpful! I recommend the apartment!

Best accommodation I had in Bulgaria.

This is the best accommodation I had in Bulgaria! The place is an old house renovated with great care. It is very tidy and spacious and has all amenities for self catering. The host is very friendly. Location is within walking distance from the touristic hotspots and right downstairs there are a lot of places for dining.

Great experience! Very hospitable owners. The house is spacious, has 1 bathroom, 2 private rooms, a living room with a kitchen and a big terrace on the 2nd floor. Rooms are comfy, have enough furniture, nice linen. Hot water in shower, everything works well. The place is in the center of the city. Strongly recommend this place! And big thanks for hospitability!!

Great stay in Veliko Tarnovo

The location is great, close to the city center and having a lot of drinking and eating options nearby. The apartment is arranged with a lot of good taste and good materials, mixing nicely the modern and the traditional elements, and with a lot of focus on comfort. At first level there is the bathroom, at mid-level it's the living room and the small kitchenette, at top level there are the 2 bedrooms and a nice terrace. However, beware if you are travelling with friends, that one of the bedrooms is open, and you have to pass through it in order to get to the other bedroom. Although the parking place is indeed a bit narrow, there is enough space even for an SUV, although it can be a bit tricky to enter the garage, due to the street configuration and other cars parked nearby. We had a very good communication with the host before our arrival, and were welcomed by the host's father who owns the little office supplies store at the corner of the building. Everything went very smoothly and we had a very comfortable stay.

Nothing, really, just some small suggestions. First, I would suggest to grease the hinges of the small bedroom's door, as they creak pretty loud and can be quite scary at night. Second, a small suggestion to add some more storage space in the bathroom, like a chair or small cabinet under the boiler, since there is plenty of space there. And last, a small pan or kettle would be great for making coffee. But this is really minor, since 2 great coffee bars are basically just across the street :)

The location is excellent. Very central and close to town where you have shops, banks and everything you need.... with lots of great places to eat. There is also a lovely park surrounding the property.

Nothing we can think of. The property is beautiful and very comfortable. It has been very well furnished and has a great roof terrace, Also the host is excellent and very caring about your needs. He messages us the next day to check we had everything we needed. We were very impressed.

I don’t want to comeback there.

See it was a problem. The apartment wasn’t ready for guests at 2.00 pm. It was a 2 hours and a half delay. So we took the keys at 4.30. It is not ok at all in my opinion. We didn’t have breakfast included even if in that price we should have it.

A very noisy place and cold. In the pictures looks like a very large and luxurious apartment but it is not. For sure doesn’t deserve that money.
