Bolyarski Izgrev Apartments - Panoramic View Old Town

Excellent stay! The flat was spotless, stylish, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, with easy access to the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. Bonus, there was a great view. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in effortless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

What an amazing apartment. Views to die for, old charm with modern furnishes, best location, quiet, great restaurant at your doorstep, kind and caring hosts and a jewel of a village. I cannot praise this apartment and village enough - it is something very special.

The steps are gruelling, especially with large suitcases, but just keep going, because the pain in well worth the prize 😍😍😍

We had a truly fantastic stay. The apartment is beautiful - done to a high standard, with lots of taste and thoughtful details (for instance, the hosts provided an umbrella, which we used quite a bit during our stay, and there was a little jewellery box at the dressing table which was a lovely touch). The view from the balcony is breathtaking and we spent a lot of time out there enjoying a coffee in the morning and a glass (or two, possibly three!) of wine in the evening. The property is located on the historic and charming General Gurko Street, making it perfectly situated to explore all that Veliko Tarnovo's old town has to offer. Should you choose to cook, the kitchen - like the rest of the property - is super functional and well equipped but there are also lovely taverns serving authentic and delicious Bulgarian food just a few meters from the property. The host was kind, responsive and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We've visited Veliko Tarnovo a few times over the years but this accomodation really stood out from the rest. It felt like a perfect retreat and I would not hesitate to go back and to recommend it to friends and family.
