very unpleasant

The location is NOT a hotel, like the name suggest.

The only sorce of heat was an AC which was not working properly. IN WINTER. In the room was extremely cold which is why I had to leave the property.

. delayed check-in, the key was missing from the locker, the owner was confused, unable to give a reason/solution . rooms were not cleaned, as in dirty . no towels . no clean bed lingerie . bathrooms were not sanitized, dirty . broken furniture . AC on when we arrived, so no one was there to clean . big old cobwebs

Good value for money and good location, but neglected.

Location is perfect.

Parking is not guaranteed as mentioned in the ad. The host directs you to a public parking. The actual property door shows signs of break-in. Good thing it's one of three. Room was dirty, hand prints above the bed. Stains on sheets, rust in bathroom. Shelf below mirror in bathroom barely stands. Overall signs of neglect in the room.

Had a good stay.

The location was perfect. Great view from the balcony and everything in the old city is within a walking distance. The apartment was clean.

The furniture needs to be changed because it's a bit worn out. But for the price of the apartment it's completely ok.

I would not stay here again.

The hotel is close to the city centre, but quiet area as it isn’t on the main street.

The room was very dirty. There was dust on the table, the toilet under the toilet seat was all over spited by pee. And I hardly believe the bed sheets were changed before our arrival as I found spots on them ( food or something that you could feel it by hand, not spots after when you wash it). The main entrance was full with bird poop. There was a hair clip in the curtains. But the towels were clean.

Excellent stay!

The room is located in the city centre, on one of those historical streets, with coblestone. It's large enough for 2 people, comes with a balcony, AC, Wi-Fi, TV, fridge etc. Parking is available on the street (free of charge), however keep in mind that the streets are narrow and you might need to park close to the building to allow other cars to pass. Other larger parking spaces might be available nearby, depending on the time you arrive.

Nice and pleasant short holiday

Great location in the old town of the city, close to the Tsarevets, artisan shops and restaurants, everything needs for your stay in there. Good size of the room, clean and comfy, great value for the price.

There were a small issues with the bathroom and the wi fi access, but everything was sorted out fast from the host and wasn’t bothered out staying. The duvet was a bit too small.

The water heater is very small and doesn’t work properly (we run out of hot water before even take a shower)

Great balcony, great location right outside the main street. Air con and wifi included.

TV didn't work, bathroom was dusty with cobwebs, and the glasses were dirty.

Location was town centre so good access to shops and restaurants. Room was comfortable, clean and tidy. The fridge was useful. Overall good value for money.
