Property was on a great location, easy to access. It was possible to park outside. The host was very communicative and responsive and was able to advice on any question/concern. We have stayed for a week and had all necessities.

It appeared that the oven was broken, however the host responded quickly. Most likely this is not needed as nobody cooks at BnB's however as we stayed for a week we checked it out. Will most likely be fixed before your stay as the host responded immediately.

A beautifully renovated traditional home in the perfect location with an outstanding host.

The house is a beautifully modernised traditional home on the iconic Gurko Street. Staying here was a unique and memorable experience, with all the main attractions of Veliko Tarnovo just a short walk away. Our host, Emil, was fantastic - always available on WhatsApp or Booking.com, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful. He provided detailed information on how to get there, what to do, and even allowed us to check in very early. The house was spotless when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again.

Since it’s an old renovated building, you can clearly hear the footsteps of the neighbours upstairs. It was a noticeable inconvenience at first, but I got used to it after a while. Despite that, the great location and the host’s excellent responsiveness still made the stay very enjoyable.

Place was spotless, the host was super friendly and responding. The house is located very nicely near the old town. It has a very small kitchen and air con. There are a few small parking spots outside that are free.

Water from the tap had a taste, just buy bottled water. There are quite a few steps and a few more inside the house. Low ceilings, good for keeping warmth, but not nice if you are taller than 190 cm.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bobevata Guest House – Floor 1. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The location is perfect – quiet but very close to Tsarevets and the old town. The host was kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Lovely ,quality, perfect for relaxing home away from home. Host was amazingly hospitable and flexible. This is a newly renovated first floor of an historic house. Accessible by steps from quiet Gurko street. Wifi speed was fast We would return without hesitation.

The apartment is on an old building; the rooms arrangements put a constraint on using a bit more than half of the available surface, while the other half can't be used and is somehow cold; It is the way was built, nothing to be complained to or solved by the owner.

Fantastic Apartment in a great location overlooking the City. Emil was a lovely host and very helpful with his suggestions on things of interest etc. The apartment itself was, spacious, clean, comfortable and modern. If you like craft beer their is a bar called Zavera literally a street above where you stay with a great range.Would recommend Bobevata Guest House to anyone staying for a few nights in the town.

Къщата е разположена на място, от което се открива прекрасна гледка към паметника на Асеневци, Янтра и част от града. Изгледът е страхотен! Мястото е тихо и спокойно, а едновременно в самия център на Велико Търново. Самата къща е модерно обзаведена и осигурява всички удобства: кухня с необходимите електрически уреди, посуда, кафе, чай и някои хранителни продукти като олио, оцет, сол, захар и др. Спалнята е удобна, възглавниците също, всичко е чисто и подредено. Банята е снабдена със сапуни, душ гел, шампоан. Има и сешоар. Всекидневната, която е свързана с кухненския бокс, е широка, снабдена с ъглов диван с лежанка, удобна маса за хранене, телевизор. Интернетът е отличен. И накрая най-важното: прекрасна комуникация с Емил, който винаги беше на линия. Преди да пристигнем, се свърза с нас, за да попита дали имаме нужда от нещо или някакви специални изисквания. В деня на пътуването ни изпрати точни указания как да намерим къщата и как да се настаним. Изпрати ни и информация за забележителностите на Велико Търново, за добрите заведения в града и т.н., информация, от която се възползвахме и за която му благодарим. Благодарение на чудесните условия и на вниманието към нас от страна на Емил, имахме една прекрасна екскурзия до Велико Търново!

Чудесен отдих в сърцето на Велико Търново

Къщата е старинна, чудесно реновирана. Местоположението е прекрасно, с гледка към паметника на Асеневци и меандъра на Янтра, на пешеходно разстояние от повечето забележителности. Обзаведена е подходящо.

Може да се помисли за гардероб или поне за стояща закачалка с една ос и 2 подпори . Сега има само стояща единична закачалка, на която можеш да закачиш само връхна дреха. Както повечето къщи в района, достъпът до къщата е по множество стълби. Проблемът с паркирането на ул. "Гурко" е основен. Бъдете психологически готови, че е тясна улица и само на някои места могат да се разминават 2 коли.

Nowocześnie urządzony apartament w historycznym budynku, wyposażony we wszystko co może być potrzebne. Czysto. Widoki z okna niezapomniane, łącznie z wizytą rudego kota:) Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Miejsce do parkowania na wąskiej uliczce przy apartamencie, ale dla nas nie było to problemem.

Затишні автентичні апартаменти в історичному центрі міста. Краєвиди приголомшливі!!) вихід з будиночка прям на центральну вуличку з безліччю гарних будиночків. Було чисто, свіжий ремонт, матраси і подушки зручні, кухня добре обладнана усім необхідним👌

З парковкою трохи незручно, бо вулиця вузька. Але не критично

O casa veche de peste 100 de ani, renovata modern. Am apreciat in mod deosebit lemnul vechi, probabil orininal, integrat in decor. Un spatiu cozy cu superpriveliste in orasul vechi. Am putut parca in fata imobilului. Foarte aproape de mers pe jos la toate obictivele turistice din zona. Gazda foarte primitoare, ne-a oferit voluntar informatii despre restaurante si locurile speciale de vizitat. A fost locatia excelenta pentru o mica vacanta in familie.
