Cozy, well-located place with a host who went above and beyond.

Excellent value for money & great service

This apartment was a real pleasure to stay in — spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and the atmosphere made us feel right at home. The host provided excellent service and was quick to assist with anything we needed. We enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to extend it, but unfortunately the apartment was already booked.

Not worth it

Close to center, walking distance to high rated restaurants

Old building apartment, old and smelly furniture. It looks worse than the pictures on site. The apartment entry was on the back of the building, barely found it and a verry narrow alee to get there. The parking is on the street in front of the building but very narrow (we had a bigger car and it did not fit, we were blocking the street).

It was cheap, the location was good, but it was difficult to stay there because this place looks bad

The owner was nice and responsive. I asked for a microwave and I got one.

The bathroom was terrifing. Looking improvised, the door opened just half. The toilet cover stayed up only if you use a wire, the sink was the smallest. There were all types of insects, spiders, ants in the room. The place needs a serious renovation. The furniture needs repairs and also the lighting.

Exceptional

The apartament is in a great location, we could park on the same street, it was super clean, looked recently renovated, we didn't miss anything. The host was really nice, spoke English. We definitely recommend it and would like to stay here again when visiting Veliko in the future. We had a really nice stay.

Acceptable for one-night stay

The apartments are located close to the city center. The owner was waiting for us and helped us find parking spots for the cars. The apartment meets basic needs and the price is very good.

The apartments are in an old house that has been renovated. In one of the apartments there was an unpleasant mold smell that persisted even after we opened the window. The cleaning needs to be more thorough in the bathroom and kitchen - the microwave was not properly cleaned. When you shower, the whole bathroom fills with water.

Make sure you get the apartment with the balcony with a view.

Fantastic location very close to the old town. The host was helpful and spoke great English. The apartment was very clean and spacious with a separate bedroom and kitchen dining area. The bathroom was large and spotless although actually a wet room so everything is soaked when you have a shower but there is a mop. Overall a good place but we felt a bit conned by the photos of the balcony and would not have booked it had we know.

We booked an apartment with a balcony so we could relax outside. The photo on booking.com showed a nice small balcony with distant views of hills. We were very disappointed to find there are 2 apartments at Alice House and our balcony was on the side next to a derelict building that was 10 cm away from our balcony. The photo of this balcony doesn't appear on the website obviously. The kitchen also was lacking in equipment and you couldn't really cook a meal.

Buena ubicación, baño mejorable.

Buena ubicación en todo el centro de Veliko Tarnovo. Es muy fácil recoger las llaves y hay aparcamiento en la zona.

El baño tenía cierto olor y la ducha no tenía cortina.

La entrada no era accesible y era muy difícil. El baño tenía un tamaño exageradamente reducido (de hecho el wc estaba instalado de lado), y las paredes estaban sucias, con cal. Había manchas de humedad en el techo. Muy incómodo para una familia con niños

De toilet en douche niet zo handig, maar begrijp dat dit geen evidentie is in kleine ruimte.

Si sta come a casa, forse anche meglio!

Top per la posizione in Veliko. Pulizia maniacale, è tutto nuovo, sembra di essere i primi ad entrare nell’appartamento. Dotazione completa di piatti, posate, elettrodomestici e qualsiasi cosa possa servire ad una famiglia. Addirittura giochi e libri per i bimbi, davvero tutto perfetto. Anche l’host estremamente gentile e disponibile. Tutto situato al piano terra perciò molto comodo in caso di bambini/passeggino. Si può parcheggiare liberamente nella stradina dell’appartamento oppure c’è un comodo parcheggio 50 metri più avanti. Insomma secondo me la migliore sistemazione possibile in Veliko.

Apartamento correcto pero con algunos detalles que podrían ser de interés

Piso muy bien ubicado, funcional, camas cómodas y aire acondicionado. Con un detalle de bienvenida que se agradece.

Estuvimos en el apartamento 3. El baño es un poco pequeño e incómodo y hubo un día que el agua no salía muy caliente pero al día siguiente era completamente fría. No dispone de persianas ni cortinas opacas, lo que aparte de la luz por la mañana, no proporciona privacidad siendo una apartamento a nivel de calle (aunque poco transitada y no muy accesible). Además el exterior tiene iluminación con sensor de movimiento que se enciende hasta al pasar un gato, lo que nos hizo sentir inseguras una de las noches, en la que se encendió en varias ocasiones.

Ocoliti acesta chirie!

Cu parere de rau, nu corespunde pozele cu realitatea... minusuri in toate…începând de la un miros înțepător de mucegai, fara aerisire. La intrare în apartament am găsit un gândac. Conditionerul nu funcționa. Dormitorul incomod, plus la asta lengeria era foarte uzată, arăta intr-o stare obosită . Bucătăria dotată cu electrocasnice vechi de care nici nu doreai să te atingi. Baia plină cu mucegai, instalațiile sanitare uzate curgea apa în toate părțile. Locația un dezastru, apartemant in ruine, scările deteriorate care îți era frică să mergi pe ele ca să ajungi spre apartament. Parcare in aproapiere de locație e un fals...îți ea ore ca să găsești ceva în zona. Nu isi merita bani…Ocoliti acesta chirie!

Nu recomand deloc, accesul la apartamente îi prost , amplasat Linga ruine , în apartament pute tare a mucegai, se aude totul de prin prejur, parcare nu au, conditionerul nu funcționează.

Dificil llegar con la maleta al alojamiento.

La habitación era estándar, con la cocina integrada. Estaba limpia y tenía servicios de cafe además de una botella de agua a la llegada. Buena ubicación aunque difícil de llegar.

Las calles para llegar no estaban muy bien dejamos la maleta lejos y hasta llegar al alojamiento tuvimos que llevarla en alto, ya que era imposible por el suelo. El baño olía demasiado a humedad

Exact ca în anunț, foarte aproape de vechiul centru, la nici 10 minute de mers pe jos, parcarea gratuită exact lângă locație, pe stradă!

Baia, nu a fost tocmai cum trebuie, nu avea aerisire, singura aerisire era să deschizi ușa de la intrare!

Местоположението е централно, на около 50 метра от обществен паркинг, в близост до заведения, супермаркети, на пешеходдно разстояние от Царевец.

Един от апартаментите, които наехме, миришеше на мухъл, душът е счупен и от него пръска вода, а като се пусне водата в тоалетната също пръска, няма абсорбатор във всекидневната, да не говорим, че в микровълновата имаше забравени храни, които миришеха изключително неприятно. Сградата е стара и не е ОК приземни коптори да се отдават под наем. Другият апартамент беше сравнително приличен, но нищо особено.

Семеен уикенд

Прекрасни апартаменти с мисъл за всяка подробност и всеки детайл. Отлично местоположение над главната улица. В помещенията имаше всичко необходимо - сешоар, ютия, термокана, кафемашина, кафе,захар, сметана, хладилник и кухненски съдове и прибори.

Трудно е за паркиране, но пък наблизо имаобществен паркинг.
