Mould and cold in the Favella!

The only good thing about the property was the price. That should have been a hint that is too good to be true. I learn my lesson :)

Location is high up on a hill, with very steap and narow streets. Very sketchy neighbarhood, it did not felt safe at all. The parking spaces are inexistent! There is a muddy area where you can squeeze 2 cars on the whole street. We parked there and some local got out of the house and shouted at us to go away and don't park there. Inside the house is was very cold. It has air conditioning to heat but it takes a very long time to heat the area when it's below 0 outside. Mould and dampned walls inside, hole in walls. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and one of the beds has a sponge mattress, it is like you sleep on a wood board. The garage that the owner mentions in the description is 180cm tall and 200cm wide, and it is perpendicular to narrow street so the angle makes it impossible to park something there, other than maybe a 2 door small car. I whould not stay there even for free. When you return from down town, you literally have to climb a mountain to get back home, and this you do thru narow and dark streets filed with sketchy people. Avoid this place! Pay more and find a location closer to the city center. Don't ruin your trip! We left there the first day and moved to a great location next to the central park.

Great value for money

The place is nice and is of great value for money (at least what we paid). It is in the old part of the town, up on the hill and has a fantastic view. The apartment is very spacious and has a well equipped kitchen. We had clean towels and all we needed for a 2 nights stay. Wifi worked fine and we could park on the street, no fee applied. What is important to mention, not that we did not like it: 1 - Getting there with the car is a bit difficult if you are not used driving narrow and steep streets 2 - It takes about 10 minutes to walk down to the center. The walk is nice and good exercise before and after lunch/dinner 3 - Parking is free but quite difficult due to the narrow streets 4 - Heating is done with AC I had a very good communication with the host and he was very helpful. THANKS!!!!

I cannot say i did not like something. Just as suggestion for making the place better: 1 - a coat hanger near the entrance would be good 2 - there is no heating in the bathroom 3 - there is no bathtub in the bathroom, nor a shower curtain making a bit difficult to shower and to keep the whole bathroom dry

Veliko stay

The apartment was lovely, overlooking veliko and views to the snow capped mountains in the the distance. A short walk to all the amenities, restaurants etc.

The walk is fine for able bodied people but not if you would struggle. Didn't effect us and the coble streets were pretty.

Very disappointing

It is located in a very difficult to access area. With a large car it is impossible to enter the garage, for which they charge an additional fee anyway. Because of the location I couldn't even stay and I lost my money. If you come with a child it is impossible to walk the stroller through that area and you have to travel only by car.

Overlooking Turnovo

Location is great, on the top of the hill. Nice view from the balcony Prepare for climbing uphill.

Shower curtain is necessary, and extra frying pan.

Splendid

We enjoyed very much our stay at this Comfortable apartment with amazing view! Everything was great, the apartment is very cozy and comfortable with large view over the green hills and houses of Veliko. Kitchen with all we need, super beds, the host was very friendly and careful. Pretty close to the center of the city, just a few minutes walk on the medieval streets paved with stone.

Nothing to dislike. Great place!

Super locatie, recomand !

Super cazare, un apartament cochet si primitor, cu toate facilitatile incluse. Paturi confortabile si un mare plus lenjerii foarte curate si din bumbac. Un alt plus, din punctul meu de vedere, nu exista televizoare.....wow, si da, mi-a placut asa, fiindca sunt atatea de vazut si de facut in Veliko Tarnovo incat televizorul ar diminua farmecul orasului si al sejurului. Mi-a mai placut si pozitia locatiei. Poti spune ca din camera ta ai intreg orasul la.picioare. Mi-a placut si colaborarea cu proprietarul....foarte promp, rapid in raspunsuri si cu initiativa de a da cat mai multe indicatii pentru a-ti facilita accesul. Jos palaria, recomand !

Nu au fost lucruri care sa nu-mi placa.

Къщата е страхотна, голяма е и е много удобна за семейството. На много хубаво място със страхотна гледка и чист въздух. На 5 Мин пеша от центъра. Качването е малко трудоемко, но пък е изключително приятно. Направи ми впечатление, че в нито една стая няма телевизор, което го оценявам като голям плюс. Тишина и спокойствие!

La amplitud de los dormitorios. Buenas vistas. A 15 min andando(en cuesta) del centro.

La ubicación es complicada, está en la parte alta de la ciudad y entrar y salir por calles en cuesta, estrechas, y empedradas es un suplicio, y aparcar otro problema, si no alquilas el garaje (justito para un kia rio) te arriesgas a q no haya sitio, y no sabes donde meter el coche pq solo hay 3 huecos. No cuentes con la cocina del apartamento, solo tiene fregadero y minifrigorifico: solo tiene una placa de fuego electrica vieja y ni sartenes ni cazos, ni tostadora, ni cafetera y los platos justos.
