It is ok. But I would not choose it again.

The host was very welcoming and accommodating

It is an OK place. But it is not perfectly kept. For example- the lamp on my nightstand by the bed did not have a bulb. The bathroom was with a broken toilet paper holder and the canal was constantly clogged. The apartment is 20 minutes away from most of the central locations and it was a tiresome walk back from any night out.

- really helpful owners, helped us carry the luggages - provided recomendations regarding attractions and where to eat - the kitchen was very good equipped - it had a balcony with a nice view - not far from the city center

- the apartment was located on an upper floor and the block didn't have an elevator - the bathroom was a little bit smelly and there was no shower curtain

Very nice good sized apartment, extremely well equipped, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water. The a/c worked really well. The location is excellent, central but quiet. We had no trouble finding a parking space. The balcony is a real bonus, lovely view. Host very pleasant and attentive. Everything immaculately clean.

The location was great, just 10 mins walk to the city center where all the bars and restaurants are. The property was very clean. It does look exactly like in the pics.

5 floors with no elevator is a bit of a bummer, but manageable. The AC in the living room wasn’t working properly, so no heating in that room.
