Very disappointing interaction with staff

The apartment was nicely decorated and pretty clean. It was on the last floor and the view was very nice. It was fairly close to supermarkets and the city centre which was helpful.

Considering the fact that we had an entire conversation before our arrival about the number of people in our group, it would had been very helpful if we were told that the couch was fit only for people shorter than 150 cm height, which made it uncomfortable for the friends who slept there and were taller than that. The bathroom could use some improvements as well, not to mention the bug we found there. The apartment was on the last floor, with no elevator, which we didn't know beforehand either. The interaction with the manager was very unpleasant for us. We initially booked the entire apartment for 4 people, because we didn't know for sure if the other 2 friends will be joining us. At the time of the booking, we also had the option to book the apartment for 6 people for 156 leva, which was also the case for later dates, we checked. But after the booking of 4, the app told us that the number of people can be increased only if we talk directly to the host, which we did. But they didn't honor the booking price, charging us 24 leva extra, which means 50 leva in total not commissioned by booking.com. The whole amount could be paid only cash, even though there was a card machine at the apartment. When I asked why should we pay 180 leva instead of 156 leva, I've been told that they actually don't book the apartment for 6 people. I sent them a screenshot of a booking page showing that booking for 6 people is possible, for 156 leva. Immediately afterwards, I was told that they will try to cancel our reservation (less than 24 hours before our arrival), because that conversation was "abusive", which I have screenshots of to show that it is not true. Because it wasn't only me, but also 5 other people, and it was only 14 hours before our departure, we weren't left with much choice but to comply, even though we were bothered more about the attitude and the principle than the 24 leva extra.

Large, comfortable apartment with a nice view

It was a great, large apartment. Very comfortable and a lovely view. The host was very friendly and easy to contact.

We had a great experience. One negative we didn’t mind - our young children climbed up and down on their own, but some may have a hard time with it having no elevator and being on the top floor.

Large and very comfortable apartment 20 minutes walk from the historical center of Veliko Tarnovo. In the immediate vicinity are two large supermarkets and a bus stop. You can also walk to the central bus station in about 20 minutes on foot. The apartment is very clean, the kitchen has everything you need for cooking.

This is not a drawback, but rather a remark - the apartment is located on the 5th floor in a building without an elevator. If you have trouble climbing stairs, you should be aware of this.

Great place, but you need to take care about cons

1. The apartment is big and well compartmentalized. It is more or less like in the pictures. 2. Quiet area.

1. It was hard to contact the owners even if they knew that we will arrive. ( Whenever you know that you have guests, it will be fine if you can send them the indications before, don't wait them to call you more than 10 times and let them wait in front of the property) 2. It wasn't the cleanest place but was clean enough. Clean sheets and towels, but you could vacuum a little better. 3. The apartment need some repairs ( the dresser door, the mask door from the sink - this was the ones that we identified)

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Our group of 5 people was feeling great here. It has everything needed. I had the chance to meet the lady cleaning there and she is very friendly and nice, showed me around and explained everything. Great experience!

Enjoyable stay

Great location for shops, only 5 minutes down the road. Lovely apartment with good views from the balcony. Any issues with mobility might be a problem as it's on the top floor with a lot of stairs to climb, other than that well worth the stay. Great host ,thank you

Very spacious, nice an quite. Big dining table, with nice view and lots of light. Two bedrooms, both spacious and cozy. Host was nice, met us personally and explained everything.

A bit far from the town center (15-20 mins walking). Taxi is really cheap though (4 leva). Shower is strange - there is no cabin and the whole floor gets flooded. Coffee machine not working. Bad internet connection.

Апартаментът беше повече от прекрасен! Беше просторен, уютен и чист! Подготвен за нови посетители. Жената, която ни посрещна бе много мила и приветлива. Банята в едната спалня беше много хитро измислена. Бих се върнала пак.

Единствения минус бе липсата на асансьор, следователно по-трудно достъпно за по-възрастни или хора с увреждания.

Невероятен апартамент

Домакините са оборудвали апартамента с всичко необходимо. Дори повече от това. В едната спалня имаше персонална баня. На разположение на гостите бяха оставили Не се сърди човече, ютия, игла, конец, сешоар, стойка за простиране и др. Дамата, която дойде, беше изключително мила. Плюс това имаше пост терминал за плащане с карта. Районът около сградата е благоприятен за паркиране, което за центъра определено е проблем. Препоръчвам с две ръце.

Единствено, че няма асансьор, но се справихме и това не попречи на великолепните ни впечатления.
