Kinnda dissapointing, sorry

Big apartment, quite close to city center, quiet. Nice man waiting for us, offering his garage for the car, presenting the house and taking the money. Bath ok.

Superficial cleaning all around the house. We found rotten chicken in the microwave - disgusting. Also two other kitchen cabinets are dirty (picture). The apt is heated with AC only and it is not performing well - AC in bedrooms are very noisy. Sink in the kitchen was leaking - next morning we called the owner and he sent a guy to fix it (pic). Coffee machine was dirty and also leaking - we could not use it.(pic) Owen is dirty. (pic) TV was barely functioning. There are very few channels available and colours not propely visible - has to be changed.

The apartment is large and clean, there is no view though as stated. We chose it for its proximity to the hospital in order to look after my mum.

The WiFi was not working but was fixed after alerting the owner. We were told the dishwasher can be used despite it’s leaking so we washed everything by hand. Drying facilities for laundry and ironing board were not found. The iron itself does not heat up and leaking when filled with water. The mattresses are hard as rock and the pillows are too “fat” and lumpy. We had to buy our own pillows. We were not offered a parking space, the garage was available if we had a flash and expensive car. We parked on the street hoping there will be a free spot every single time. For the stressful time we had at the time this accommodation did not offer us the expected comfort.

Recomand Gala Apartament pentru un sejur plăcut în Veliko Tarnovo.

Apartament frumos, spațios, curat. Gazda foarte amabila, ne-a oferit toate informațiile necesare pentru a ajunge ușor la locație, a răspuns la toate mesajele noastre imediat, chiar și la 2 dimineața, când am ajuns la apartament, după ce am stat 7 ore în vamă. A fost asigurata parcarea.

Totul a fost perfect, nu a fost nimic neplăcut.

Mi-a plăcut curățenia. Locație centrala, cu parcare. Bucatarie echipata cu de toate ( inclusiv ulei, sare, cafea - sa poti sa iti prajesti măcar un ou, sau sa nei o cafea), condimente, prosoape suficiente.

O noapte în care ne-am odihnit într-un spațiu elegant și foarte generos.

Apartament foarte spațios pentru 7 persoane, utilat cu tot ce este nevoie, Foarte aproape de zona centrala. Magazin în apropiere.

Lenjeriile de pat necesita schimbate cu unele mai calitative, Cele prezente deși foarte curate sunt puțin obosite pentru acest tip de cazare.
