Ar fi fost bine ca pilota din dormitor să fi fost dublă, pentru un cuplu. A fost puțin ciudat cu două pilote mici, de o persoană.

After more than 300 stays on Booking over the years and being a Genius Max user, I try to give fair and constructive feedback that can help improve future guest experiences. What we liked: The apartment is modern, well equipped, and visually very pleasant. We were also allowed a late check-out, which was very helpful and a positive gesture from the host. Another strong point is the private parking included, which makes the stay much easier and avoids extra costs.

What we didn’t like: One of the main issues was the smell of smoke inside the apartment. We understand that smoking is not allowed and that this may not be entirely the host’s fault, but smoke from the lower floor was clearly coming into the apartment. This suggests that the ventilation system is not sufficient and should be improved, because a property prepared to host guests should be able to prevent this kind of smell from spreading between floors. Another negative point was the construction work in the building. There was loud noise starting around 10 a.m., which was quite disturbing, especially after long days of sightseeing when we expected to rest. If construction work is taking place in the building, this should be communicated in advance, or guests should not be hosted during that period. Finally, the apartment is advertised as suitable for four people, but in practice it is not comfortable for four adults. One of the beds is a sofa bed, which may work for couples, but does not make sense for four friends or people who do not want to share sleeping space. The stated capacity should be more realistic or better explained. Very negative point: About 20 minutes after we checked out, we were contacted and wrongly accused of breaking a hanger. The hanger was already damaged when we arrived, and since it was a very low-cost item, we chose not to report it at the time to avoid unnecessary disturbance. Being asked to pay for something we did not damage was disappointing and felt unfair.
