Beautiful views, great location, and a very comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Bobevata Guest House. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The view was absolutely stunning and made our stay even more special. Everything we needed was provided, and the place felt warm and cozy. The location is excellent, close to the Old Town and main attractions. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again.

Place where you feel like home and don’t want to leave

Where to start….I love absolutely everything about this place! 1/ both bedrooms were comfortable and clean. One has amazing view and is bigger the second one with no view at all. 2/ Kitchen has absolutely everything including coffee which I highly appreciate. Also heating which we used one morning as it was really cold. 3/ bathroom including hairdryer. Absolutely spotless 4/ The TV which you could connect to your Netflix, YouTube etc perfect (although I would move it opposite the sofa as the small TV there was missing) 5/ wifi works really fast. 6/ location perfect for me as I don’t mind stairs at all. Everything very close, accessible by car and also parking space for free 7/ landlords- I haven’t met him personally (shame!) but we were connected via WhatsApp and he was absolutely lovely. I wanted to originally extend my stay as I felt like home, but at the end we decided to continue our journey. 8/ ginger cat who came to greet me first day and came also last day. Super friendly 9/ communication with owner was super easy and fast

- It wasn’t big issue for me at all but could be for some people as there is around 50 steep steps up to the house. But this is Veliko Turnovo😂 - just a suggestion for owner - would be great to have a mirror in the smaller room

Fantastic views and well appointed appartment

The view from the apartment was spectacular. It was comfortable accommodation with everything that was needed for my stay.

During my stay the water went off one morning but this was attended to very efficiently by the host. One thing I think could be mentioned in the description is that the access could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. I am fortunate that I managed it well.

Authentic old town charm meets modern comfort

This apartment did meet our expectations - it lies in the heart of the old town with an authentic atmosphere - staying in a historic building that's been beautifully modernized with all the amenities needed for a short stay. We particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches that make traveling easier: seamless check-in with clear, photo-illustrated instructions and a user-friendly electronic lock; soundproof bedrooms (essential when two couples are sharing space); and thoughtful provisions like paper towels, complimentary coffee, and a variety of teas from the caring host.

One thing to note is that reaching the front door involves climbing some traditional stone stairs - definitely manageable, but good to be prepared for. Well, as locals say, in Veliko Tarnovo you never turn left or right, only up or down!

We had a fantastic stay

The best view in the old town away from the noise of the city. The apartment is sparkly clean, offer comfort and tranquility, creating a warm and pleasant atmosphere. You can find everything you need for a relax weekend getaway. The easy access to the best restaurants in the city is very convenient. Plus, the host is very kind and ready to serve you with everything. His instructions and photos are just outstanding. We will definitely go again.

We have got no mobility problems, but others do. So it would be essential to indicate in the description that access to the property is via steep and uneven stairs.

Beautiful, central apartment with convenient parking and brilliant view.

Host was very communicative, providing detailed accurate instructions. Also was available by messenger to help and guide re local parking conventions.

There are quite a few steps up to the property which was fine and is to be expected when visiting Veliko Tarniko, and especially staying on this iconic street.

Parfait !!

Certainement le meilleur appartement que nous avons loué pendant notre trip en Bulgarie, la vue est tout simplement époustouflante et la situation de l'appartement est parfaite pour visiter Veliko Tarnovo !! L'appartement est grand avec deux chambres et une salle de bain, tout est très fonctionnel, très propre ! Les literies sont top, la cuisine est bien équipée, et la salle de bain parfaite ! L'appartement est très lumineux, et de bon goût pour la décoration ! Emil nous a bien aidé lorsque nous en avons eu besoin, très bonne communication ! Merci !!!

Топъл, уютен и кокетен апартамент, със забележителна гледка и страхотно местоположение! Близо е до чаршията, до барове и ресторанти. На пешеходно разстояние до всички забележителностите! Домакинът беше изключително любезен, отзивчив и готов за съдействие.

Паркирането в тесните улички беше малко предизвикателство, но на няколко метра от къщата успяхме да намерим местенце и за нас :)

Vistas preciosas en un apartamento correcto

El apartamento es una monada, las camas son muy cómodas, la cocina nueva y bien equipada, te dejan aceite, sal, pimienta, champú, gel… Las vistas desde el salón son impresionantes, lo mejor de la casa. Dos habitaciones cómodas e independientes con armarios. Ubicado en el casco antiguo en una calle con mucho encanto. El dueño está bastante pendiente del teléfono y te contesta rápido si necesitas algo.

La llegada fue bastante estresante, porque aunque te dicen que puedes aparcar en la misma calle, la realidad es que es una calle estrecha en la que a los vecinos les molesta que aparques y salir de esa calle es muy angustioso. De hecho aparcamos el primer día y ya no volvimos a entrar con el coche y lo dejamos más lejos en zona de pago con tal de no entrar en esa calle. El apartamento nos costó de encontrar porque los números no se ven, el nuestro era el piso 2 y tampoco entendíamos que teníamos que subir por unas escaleras destartaladas a la derecha del piso 1… Lo peor del apartamento es la ducha, es un desastre porque está al nivel del suelo del baño y se moja absolutamente todo, de manera que en el baño estás chapoteando, se ensucia mucho, es imposible entrar descalzo porque el resto de días se quedó siempre húmedo. Te dejan un mocho para ir limpiándolo pero se rompió el primer día, así que nos trajeron otro palo que tampoco pudimos ponerle a la fregona porque tenía el trozo del anterior palo dentro. Una de las lamparitas de la habitación principal no va, las luces se encienden y se apagan sin ton ni son, luego nos dimos cuenta de que algunas son de presencia pero es un rollo porque estás leyendo en el sofá y al rato se te apaga, y las del comedor nunca supimos encenderlas. Las vistas de la habitación secundaria dan a un patio trasero lleno de trastos y residuos, creo que no costaría nada asearlo un poco quitando trastos y poniendo un par de plantas. En la cocina echamos de menos una tostadora y unas tijeras de cocina. Tienes que abandonar la casa a las 11, pero a las 9 del mismo día ya me estaban preguntando cuándo nos íbamos a ir para poder entrar a limpiar. El último día tuvimos un percance aunque no es culpa del propietario, pero un vecino derribó literalmente la valla de la escalera de acceso y tuvimos que esperar con las maletas más de 20 minutos en la puerta de la casa hasta que quitaron los escombros y las piedras y pudimos salir.

Местоположението и апартамента са страхотни. Гледката от всекидневната е зашеметяваща и човек може спокойно да си релаксира, след дълъг ден на обиколки по забележителности във и в околностите на Велико Търново. Оборудвано е за един перфектен престой.

Не подбрахме подходящ момент за посещение, защото бяхме на 40 градусови жеги. Добре, че апартамента беше подсигурен с добра климатизация и понесехме по-леко жегата.

Nous avons apprécié le confort, la vue et l’emplacement du logement. Tout était parfait! . Celui-ci a été rénové avec goût en conservant l’âme de la bâtisse. Il est situé dans la vieille ville de Veliko Tarnovo, dans une rue typique et piétonne. Situé à deux pas du centre-ville, il offre une vue exceptionnelle. Emil, le propriétaire est attentionné, à l’ écoute de nos besoins, disponible et réactif. Il s’est montré particulièrement aidant lorsque nous avons eu un souci avec notre véhicule et n’a pas hésité à prendre contact avec l’autre conducteur pour nous aider à régler notre problème. Un très grand merci à lui. Lors d’un autre séjour à Veliko Tarnovo nous retournerons dans son magnifique logement sans hésitation.

Las vistas son increíbles. El tamaño de las habitaciones estaba muy bien. La comunicación por wasap fue muy eficiente y con buenas indicaciones.

Las escaleras de acceso, aunque lo habíamos leído, no son ni cómodas, ni seguras ni bien iluminadas. El baño no corresponde a un buen uso turístico, es demasiado pequeño y la ducha no tenía borde por lo que el suelo estaba siempre mojado.

На български: Ужасно обслужване. Наехме квартира, която първоначално беше в лошо състояние, с повреден под, печка и дупка в стената. След като напуснахме квартирата, собственикът изиска пари за щети, които бяха два пъти повече от сумата, която платихме за квартирата. Той заплашваше и каза, че ако напишем отличен отзив, “конфликтът” ще остане между нас. Сигурна съм, че не сме първите, които той се е опитал да измами по този нагъл начин. In English: Terrible service. We rented an apartment that was initially in poor condition, with a broken floor, oven, and a hole in the wall. After leaving the apartment, the owner demanded money for damages that were twice the amount we paid for the apartment. He threatened and said that if we left him a great review, the “conflict” would remain between us. I’m sure we’re not the first ones he has tried to deceive in such a shameless way.

Домакинът, локацията, гледката. Беше чисто (с изключение на две неизмити чаши от кафе), имаше всичко основно необходимо. Получихме ясни инструкции за локацията и настаняването.

Няма нещо, което да не ни е харесало, но имайте предвид няколко неща. Има изкачване на стъпала, за да стигнете до къщата и ако сте с повече багаж, или сте трудноподвижен, това може да е проблем за вас. Няма запазено паркомясто и ако наличните 2-3 са заети, може да имате проблем с пренасянето на багажа. За щастие при нас всичко беше наред. Интериорът, мебелите и уредите са нисък клас и са започнали да се амортизират.
