Absolutely awful. The apartment is in a residential block in terrible condition. Ceiling tiles broken. Groups hanging around the entrance. Strong smells of illegal substances. The room smelts of mold, had holes in the wall and a 1 inch gap between the balcony door and floor meaning a lovely draft all night. Reception isn't open 24 hours so couldn't check out and then to top it off they charged my card twice and disputed doing so. Avoid at all costs.

I booked this hotel as a surprise getaway for my boyfriend, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The room was absolutely filthy—there were cigarette burns all over the carpet, stains and marks on every wall, and the bathroom had visible mold. As someone with a lung condition, the mold and overall air quality in the room were genuinely dangerous and unacceptable. To make matters worse, the heater didn’t work, so the room was freezing. When I approached the staff about the issues, they were completely unhelpful and dismissive. Not once did they try to accommodate or make the situation right. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because every single picture showed a balcony, but when we got there—no balcony. Total false advertising. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually cares about cleanliness, guest health, and delivering on what they advertise.I’m

We were happy with our stay. Basic but clean and very good value for money. We booked an appartment at the last minute as we had tickets to a game at Old Trafford. The 2.2 mile walk to the stadium might be a bit much for some but was fine for us. Although the building itself was a liitle run down, the appartment itself was clean and modern and a fraction of the prices I saw for other accomodation. Reception was friendly and welcoming and were kind enough to waive the usual deposit. 20 pound for parking (need to pay cash up front) is a bit steep, but we didn't have time to look into alternative options.

In a great location. Spacious rooms but in need of decoration. Facilities in appartment were excellent with ecerything you could need including a dishwasher. Staff very helpful and friendly. Parking great but did cost £20 per night. Lift was out of order, stairs were not a problem for us but could well be for others.

Arrived and check in. So far good. Informed I’m on 8th floor and lift doesn’t work. That’s okay though, not scared on a little cardio. On first inspection the apartment look clean and tidy. Sadly when hunting for new batteries for tv remote I discovered used condoms in the draw. TV didn’t work either. I was moved rooms but I suspect none of the rooms are cleaned to much of a standard. Checked out early the next morning tried to pay for parking but no one is there to speak with. I messaged via the hotel app and had no response. Now waiting for a £100 fine as parking permit was not displayed. Honestly don’t waste your money staying here, it’s run by dishonest people.

The description and pictures detailed on hotels.com do not reflect the unkempt, unclean cigarette butt strewn rubbish fly tipped residence we had to stay in. With holes in walls hairs in bed. Cheap flat pack furniture. Stained and cigarette burned carpets. Toilet and sink with mouldy splash backs, water damaged ceilings, the list is endless.

Flat was lovely but i must admit i was surprised there were no trimmings at all like tea coffee sugar sachets or something. Lift being out and both of us disabled being on the 7th floor was very hard but admittedly the very nice guy on the desk did warn us. Unfortunately it was late in the day and we didnt really have much choice but to grin and bear it. He did upgrade us to a flat with a balcony though which for smokers in thise circumstances, was an absolute life saver. His character generally made the whole place a lot more welcoming and alive.

Very pleasant, modern and well equipped apartment with a nice view from the balcony across the river to a park yet only 20 minute walk from central Manchester. Points to note: they require a large deposit against breakages and charge per night for the underground car park IN CASH rather than the usual credit card so bring plenty of cash with you (there’s an ATM right outside). Also, you will need help to get out of the car park which, on a Sunday morning is not easy to find!

I am disgusted with the full experience I went here to relax after a stressful few months and grieving a lost loved one in a room that door handles was broken also I had to pay £150 deposit at 5he desk when I arrived which was then reduced to £110 because I was one hour late checking out. I was also told I will have to wait 50 days for my deposit back. It was terrible. The staff was not professional at all

The receptionist [MR ZARYAB] was rude and unprofessional. Giving personal remarks to us.The reception was said to be open 24/7 but wasn’t even open at 11 we had to wait outside for long for someone to let us in the beds were horribly uncomfortable which ruined the Overall experience.There was miscommunication from the same receptionist as he said we’ll get the cash deposit for security the next morning but nothing such happened and we had to compromise out trip because of this.There were no amenities the receptionist was giving unnecessarily remarks and made us feel uncomfortable.

Room had dirty stained walls. The bed and sofa was broken with spings broken and pointing through. The lift and hall was dirty and stained carpet that smelled of urine and marijuana. The walls were thin and you can hear people go to toilet. Worse still they hit you with hidden deposit which they hold onto for a month to get the interest. Dishonest and a cheap scam

Expensive for what you get and door lock had a fair bit of damage to it, which didn’t fill me with confidence about the security of the place. We arrived in the evening and the actual place was poorly sign posted. When we called the guy who answered seemed disinterested and sent us in the wrong direction, asking us to walk up past a local shop. In the end (on the third call in) someone else took the phone and came out to look for us. All in all a bad start. Felt very basic overall and not the most secure place. Also lots of people making a lot of noise at night. Wouldn’t recommend.

Unexpected, when I arrived at the reception, they showed me additional conditions other than the Hotels website, in addition to requesting security deposit the amount will be refunded from 10 days to 30 days and parking is not free, in addition to the oven not working, and I asked the reception they say will send some one to check and didnt come The furniture is weak and if you break something you will pay a large fine. It was a bad experience. You feel restricted and afraid to touch anything because you will pay a big fine.

Any maintenance request I've had was addressed within 24 hours, which is something I’ve never experienced in previous places! **Location:** The location is unbeatable. Despite being so central, the building itself is quiet, making it the perfect urban oasis. **Apartment:** The apartment itself is modern and thoughtfully designed. The open-concept layout allows for plenty of natural light to flood the space. High ceilings, stainless steel appliances, and gorgeous hardwood floors give it a luxurious feel. My favorite spot is the balcony, which offers breathtaking views of the skyline — perfect for enjoying morning coffee or unwinding after a long day.

I booked it for my daughter. She sais the apartment itself was nice inside. Although there was a crack in the cooker and it wouldnt work. She also said the handwash and washing up liquid was watered down (which we did laugh about) But outside of it wasnt the best. Few ropey people hanging about and not very clean like webs in places that you couldnt miss....

The place is ok, but while passing through to my room which was on 4th floor was very smelly and bad cleaning conditions which given very bad impression. However property was cleaned. Staff (Morning) on reception was not polite and wasn’t not respected too. Overall all experience in the property was ok. There was not coffee and tea when requested to staff they said the delivery has not come and was very rude as well.

The most annoying thing is that they wanted me to do a bank transfer to their account as a deposit. And they wouldn't let me in otherwise. And the card reader didn't work, so I couldn't pay with my business card. It does look like scam!!! What the hell! I don't want to send money to unknown people. Please remove this place from your site. They are scammers. I still haven't received the money back. Outside the apartment the walls are all crashed and dirty. Inside is pretty good.

I recently stayed at Adelphi Wharf Apartments by Beehosting and unfortunately, it was an experience I would not recommend. Here are the main issues I encountered: Security Concerns: The automatic doors downstairs were always open, allowing anyone to access the building. This is a major security flaw as entry should only be possible with a key fob. Room Condition: The living space had cigarette burns all over the carpet, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, there were no knives in the cutlery drawer, and no tea towel provided to dry up or dry hands on. Uncomfortable Bed: The bed was extremely uncomfortable; I could feel all the springs, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. Hygiene Issues: On the last day, I noticed that the duvet had red stains on it, which looked like it may have been washed. Regardless, this is unacceptable. Items with suspect red stains should be discarded and replaced, not just cleaned. Overall Maintenance: The building looked very tired and poorly maintained. The paintwork was patchy, and the majority of the skirting boards needed repainting. Cleanliness: The building was not clean at all. There was rubbish everywhere, left over pizza crust for days and the hallways desperately needed a hoover, the windows were filthy, and the lift was smelly with smashed button panels. Overall, the state of the apartment and apartment block and the lack of basic amenities and cleanliness made my stay quite unpleasant.

Room TV was very small, remote control didn't work, however they did give us a new remote control eventually. Property seems to attract a young crowd who love to party and drink all night. Still waiting for my deposit to be refunded to me even after calling every day, now asking me to email them instead of calling. A lot of things in the room such as wardrobe, blinds and balcony door (which we paid extra £20 as a room upgrade after the first one was very small and nothing like the picture). Parking wasnt free but theres a few streets 4/5 mins away. Overall experience with staff wasnt bad, quite friendly and helpful with room issues. Would definitely not recommend for families.
