The hotel was lovely, the room we had definitely could do with some maintenance especially the room we had. Breakfast was good and it was lovely and warm in the building.
The sofa in the room was broken and very worn hidden under blankets, the carpet wasn't flat, the hob didn't work at all and the shower temp was very variable and it went from too hot to cold without warning.
The room had nowhere to sit with a mirror and a socket to get ready. The people above us were very noisy banging about all night.

I always stay here when I travel for work and studies. The place is so clean and lively. And the staff are beyond. The blonde lady on reception has been so lovely each one of my stays she’s so welcoming and friendly. And also a young lady named Nick these two I couldn’t have asked for better.

Our room was very spacious indeed with a comfortable bed. Location was good with a 15-20min walk for us to where we wanted to get to. Considering the traffic outside, you wouldn't have known it as it was quiet in our room and we slept well. Breakfast was really nice, with hot breakfast, pastries, cereals and fruit available. All the staff were really welcoming and friendly. For those rooms with the small kitchen area they had food available to purchase in the lobby such as ready meals and pizza.
There was a bit of a smell from the drain in the bathroom.

Staff were very friendly and the room was amazing
Everything was good just a few finishes that need touching up like carpet and scratches
9.0 / 10.0
Free laundry, big room, free coffee in the lobby, a kettle in the room, large shower cabin, very attentive and helpful staff, close to the city center, quality/price ratio is good for England
The lack of air conditioning might be a problem in summer time. And there were +16C in the room one day, when +1C outside. The heating batteries are cold, but we asked staff at the reception for a heater and we got it immediately.

Central and easy for town access. Although close to main road, quiet inside the room.
No where explaining where to go for breakfast, no signage anywhere in the hotel or info in the room.

It was definitely convenient as walking distance to town centre. It was clean and had everything we would need - iron, ironing board etc.
Our room overlooked the main road which meant it was extremely noisy - definitely not effective double glazing! Room was also hot but couldn’t open the windows due to noise. Who knew that drivers in Manchester toot their horns all day and through night?!

Distance from train station. Which was my fault for not researching how far it was from Piccadilly station.

Room was big
Noisy - we were on second floor - high wooden roof so a lot of noise when it rained. And there is a nightclub opposite - it was very noisy.

Great location and decent hotel overall
BEWARE! You have to pay for the parking on site as an additional cost. This was not made apparent when booking the hotel

Location and price was really good
Thr parking it needs to clearer as you have to pay for parking, it does not state that and it is added to your room bill. Other than it not being clear it was straight forward

Great location for our plans that night. And for spinning fields area.
First room we were put in there was an overwhelming smell of damp and rot in the bathroom. The floor was clearly rotting and disintegrating. We were moved straight to another room but the cleaners would’ve known about this smell and the room should never have been given to us. It was also smaller than the deluxe we booked. Spare pillows in wardrobe had hair on them and the carpet was worn and dirty. Bed was a small double too.

Location was excellent for the O2 Arena which was why we were visiting. The facilities were good and the breakfast was really good. Staff on the reception was very pleasant and helpful - my husband locked the only key in the room as soon as we had arrived!!! The lady on the desk was very helpful.
The location was great for where we were visiting and was really easy to find. The only drawback really was the noise from the the road as it is located on a busy road side. We already knew this as we has stopped previously and this is something you understand when you book.

Room was quite nice, loved having a desk and big bed
It was cold, a bit too far from everything I wanted to do

Overall a good hotel. The staff were all welcoming and eager to help and ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast was excellent- especially for the price and had fresh food and fruits with a wide variety. Unfortunately, I found my room was a bit dated- in terms of old furniture and fittings with a small cabinet far from the bedroom. Despite that, the room was generally clean and bed comfortable.
I would have liked a room with more updated furniture and bathroom fixings, maybe a bottle of body cream in the room (although the staff supplied anything that was missing).

Amazing location for the AO arena. Staff were super, helpful and informative. Hotel is extremely clean and modern. Room was nice and spacious. Bonus was having a car park on site with plenty of spaces available.
Some road noise but that’s expected being on a main road this is not a criticism at all as the hotel is fantastic.

Our room didn’t even have a window. Was like being in a dungeon

A great find - near the city centre with safe paid parking. Room was really clean and bed comfy and we had a nice kitchenette and despite being near a main road, room was quiet..
8.0 / 10.0
Clean, big room, friendly staff, value for money, quality bathroom products, and good location.
Only downside is the facilities in the room - we had a room where the bed was upstairs and could’ve had a mirror and a dressing table in the bedroom for getting ready. Felt like there was unused space that can be easily utilised. There was also only one bath towel provided.

Reception staff were absolutely brilliant, great range of food and drinks to purchase. Room was lovely, as was the hotel itself. Breakfast was nice and was hot too. Loved that they had shower gel and shampoo and condioner as I had forgotten mine. The hotel had lots of lifts which was brilliant. We went to a show at the AO arena and this was perfectly situated.
The bacon was naff, wasn't proper bacon on breakfast. Didn't like the step up into bathroom kept kicking it :(
Bath was very high to get into and im only 5ft 2 so needed a had into it. Just a heads up for the shorter people :)
Carpet in hall/passage way could do with replacing.
The car park was very small, couldn't get a space, wished we had known we could have reserved a space. There was however parking opposite the hotel but be aware its £15 for 24hours
