The apartment was extremely humid, and hence there was A LOT OF MOLD which is not present on the pictures and never mentioned anywhere. I am allergic to mold and when I mentioned the mold to the check-in lady she just ignored my comment. I couldn’t sleep nor take shower because I was simply suffocating and could not breathe. Also there are major insect issues: there are ants and spiders everywhere, a cockroach was spotted once too. All the shelves were covered in dust, the fan in the bedroom was also blowing dust bunnies everywhere. Wiring of the property is much to be desired - only 2 plugs were actually functional. Also the neighbors did was pooping in front of the door and it’s not nice to walk out and step into poop. The only good thing about this property is its proximity to Convention center, I was travelling for work and it was convenient. I would never recommend this place for anyone, it is really shameful and if the owner considers to keep renting this accommodation, they must renovate it.
