Located just a few steps from Stresa Pier, this one-bedroom holiday penthouse for up to 4 guests promises a leisurely and blissful vacation with family and friends. There is a large, sunny terrace with alfresco dining, barbecuing facilities and sunloungers to laze around with some of the best sunsets over the lake. Inside, vibrant and roomy interiors along with a music stereo and reversible air-conditioning provide the ideal space to unwind at your own sweet pace. There is also a very spacious dining area with a modern and newly fitted kitchenette with an induction hob, coffee machine, oven, fridge, and toaster.

The lake-view living room has a large double sofa bed to sleep two guests in comfort.
Bedroom 1: The light-filled lake-view bedroom has wood floors and a King-size double bed. A wardrobe is available too for added convenience. The bedroom looks over the neighboring terrace, but has curtains for privacy.

Bathroom 1: The fully-furnished bathroom has a shower, WC, hairdryer, and bidet.
