About this bed and breakfast
The house is about 400 sqm so plenty of space to spend time elsewhere in the house.
In your end of the house there are two rooms that's only used for guests.
Just outside the two rooms you also have your own lounge and dining area with TV and a fridge, coffee machine, toaster, microwave etc. where you can make you own breakfast or keep your wine cold in the fridge, but for cooking you will need to go up to the kitchen.
There are also two decks, one turning into the pool and the other one into the garden and a shared bathroom and separate toilet at your end. So this end give you a great feel of privacy.
A long hallway separates you a bit from the other end of the house where I live and two other guys. We all share the kitchen, laundry, another separate toilet, dining and a lounge with a tennis table as well as the outdoor area with a pool and bbq that you are welcome to use anytime.
Browns Bay village is just a 5 min walk away, well 10 min when going back as it then goes uphill ;)
There you have all the restaurants, bars, caffees, supermarkets, hairdressers, Gym, clothes shops etc.
Every Sunday there is a Sunday Market In Browns Bay with a great atmosphere.
Lovely kid friendly beach to have a swim and relax.
There is a bus stop taking you to Auckland central or up to the nearby Albany Mall
