Handy to get on the motorway.

A good size and had a spa bath. Nice and handy as we met family at Browns Bay Beach. Bar, Restaurant and Farro supermarket just across the road.

No lift, hard carrying suitcases up stairs. People above us noisy and threw pizza box off the balcony.

Comfortable stay

We got an upgrade to a bigger room! Friendly staff ❤️. The position of the motel is central to the north shore and you would think that being on such a busy street that there would be street noise, but it was perfect. The air conditioning was a lifesaver with the summer heat.

Was big enough for my family but wouldn’t spend almost 2 thousand dollars to stay here again.

There were no instructions on how to work the oven. The shower didn’t drain. Toilet didn’t flush properly.

Easy check in. The bed was very comfortable. The spa bath was lovely after a long day. Everything was clean, tidy and well presented.

perfect for our reason to be there

Great Location to hospital within easy walking distance- my reason for overnight stay. Neat & tidy . Although quality appointed fitments are well worn but they mostly worked. Reception allowed us to book in early so first de-stress bonus for hospital visit. Free parking

No lift. Situated on a very busy cross-road. , quiet from around midnight to 5.30. Kitchen cooking hob area light didn't work. Some mould & black hair in shower, Dangerously hot water at taps & shower.

Very comfortable and good value - nice bed and linen. Good TV and aircon. Everything you needed was there. Staff went out of their way to contact me when I was delayed - I really appreciated that.

shower needs an upgrade, old and cracked, got woken up two mornings with the noise of power tools from right outside balcony. and the other morning from the auckland marathon annoncments and should have been told it was on and the road closures

Pleasant motel

Really friendly staff. I felt the facilities were equal to the price of the motel. Really close to Eventfinda Stadium.

Unfortunately the jets did not work in our spa. We picked it specifically for the spa and were disappointed that we couldn’t use the spa.

Nice short stay

Room was nice and comfortable for myself. Clean and tidy didn't spend much time there as i was visiting family in hospital, good location if you have family in the hospital close to food places and supermarket.

Nothing much to not like, the receptionist wasn't available at times when i needed to ask a question but apart from that nothing else.

Parking, easy access to the room, smart tv, lady at reception was great to deal with.

Wifi strength wasn't enough to make my mobile connect. Coffee and soap sachets weren't replenished. Dishes weren't cleaned, although I don't know if the person servicing the room is meant to do this, I just rinsed them and left them in the sink.

Pleasant, spacious stay with very comfy beds.

Bed was very comfortable, I was worried it would be noisy but it wasn't at all. Location great for the North Shore. Lots of room which was great. They also accommodated my late check out with no hassle which was really appreciated.

It's a little bit aged, the sliding door into the bathroom was very hard to open and a light switch was broken. We alerted them to this though and they were going to fix.

Location. The spa bath

There was an unexpected bond fee of 200 dollars to be paid before the stay, this was not clearly mentioned when booking. It takes 7 says for the money to be returned. The value of the bond was more that the cost of the room for the night. This is unreasonable and no warning about this requirement was made when we spoke over the phone and online booking. The room wasn't cleaned, only towels were replaced the first day. We stayed for three nights and the roo. Wasn't cleaned. For the price we paid per night we expected more.
