This is a really well situated, convenient and comfortable new hotel so rooms and decor are fresh and new. Very lovely spa/ sauna area ... the spa was not hot enough this time but the sauna and steam room are really lovely. I like that there is free car parking just outside the hotel. Nice friendly greetings and welcome from front of house staff. There's lots of restaurants and takeaways that are short walking distance away

Extremely clean and well-presented Hotel, the decor was modern yet minimalist, everything in the Hotel had a purpose; there was no clutter. Every ounce of the building had a pleasant delicious natural smell that wasn't overpowering. The linen provided was of high qaulity; including high qaulity Robes to wear during of stay, and complementary slippers. We were provided with high quality toothbrushes which served a great purpose to us as we forgot ours. Complimentary in room refreshments included delicious popular branded coffee (both sachets and coffee pods) & water etc and restocked daily. There was an alarm clock in our room which was conveniently a wireless charger for my phone. The water jug was stainless steel which we found ideal as we have a complex with plastic lined jugs. The faculties we experienced were a Gym, Steam Sauna, Himalayan Salt Sauna, Heated Pool and Spa all conveniently located in one area. Everything in the hotel was thoroughly thought out and added to our pleasant stay and I wish we stayed longer to experience the Hotels full amenities. We stayed for two nights and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly, we will return.

The hotel is lovely, well placed in Albany, close to the stadium and Albany mall. The staff are efficient with a quick and easy check in and check out. The rooms were clean, well serviced with everything needed, including toiletries, more than enough towels, gowns, slippers and everything needed for morning coffee and tea. Everything you need to know about the hotel is presented on a tasteful home page on the TV and you can log into your streaming apps or watch live tv. There is a bar fridge in the room and all guests have access to the pool, spa tub, gym, steam sauna and salt sauna on the 2nd floor. The salt sauna is particularly enjoyable.

This property was quiet, scrupulously clean, with a nice comfortable room. The property also has a pool, spa and small gym onsite which is very convenient. Parking was free and immediately adjacent to the property.

Fairly new hotel in the middle of Albany, lots of parking, very clean and tidy with decent room. Could pick on a few inconveniences like no Sky TV, no mini bar, slow lifts, no room service, little hotel signage etc but overall a good place to stay. Great value
