Cheap and close to a lot of things
Some of downstairs people were noisy and disruptive. Smelled of marijuana a lot

Overall good, without being memorable. Probably 'executive' in it's day, but at the higher end of ordinary now. Very handy to local mall and transport options. (In hindsight don't know why I waited 10 minutes for a bus, when the station hub was 15 minutes walk away! lol).
Not a great sleep - bed very firm, and room very warm overnight, not helped by being upstairs and only aircon seemed to be an overhead fan which I couldn't get to operate. Wi-fi seemed to cut out a few times and need re-connection.

Booked for 3 people and only 2 towels supplied. Shower leaked into the floor.
