Probably wouldn't stay again

Check in was easy

Booked for 3 people and only 2 towels supplied. Shower leaked into the floor.

It served it's purpose but I won't be back.

The location was good for our needs.

Our first night there was no toilet paper, bathmat, facecloths or hand towel. I didn't discover this until after the reception had closed. We had to use a box of tissues until the next morning when I went to ask for some. My daughter said the single bed was really uncomfortable. The outside of the premises was very messy, disposable gloves and other stuff on the ground and on the stairs.

Handy for the SH1 Expressway

This motel is handy for a one night break in your journey northwards. It is not far off SH1 and convenient for shopping at PaknSave

The motel decor is tired and needs upgrading. The outside areas were full of litter and the stairways hadn’t been swept. This did not create a good impression. The room was clean and basics were provided for self catering

room suited my needs as I was only there for the night plus easy to find and great to have it near to pak n save, new world and lots of eateries

some rooms looked like they were used for emergency housing so that was a kind of turn off but the people were pleasant

While I found the stay to be budget-friendly & convenient, it lacks the traditional ‘holiday’ hotel environment.

The location was perfect as it enabled me to get everywhere I needed to go.

It is clear that this place needs a refresh & I hadn’t realised that there was no Air Con. Also, it would seem there are some semi-permanent residents which changed the dynamic of the common areas.

Pleasant, private, affordable.

Kitchenette and fridge,, and the close proximity to a supermarket made my stay more affordable.

Lack of air-conditioning is not great during what is effectively a heatwave.

It was quiet 🤫 plenty of parking.

The state of the room was pretty crap. I even heard another customer ask for a refund and left the premises. The name of this place does not reflect the reality of it.

Room was very dirty, crumbs on chairs, stains on floor, drink residue on wall above bed, all tables needing wiping, bathroom floor was so dirty we didn't use shower, single bed couldn't be used, a pillowcase was stained and they didn't give us a fresh pillowcase!

Great value, location and roomsize

Truly appreciated that they were so friendly as we had to check in after 8pm. The room was spacious, smelt clean. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Wifi was accessible and a decent speed. Location to Mall, motorway just brilliant which is why we return to stay here.

The only thing in the room that was a little annoying was the fridge wasn't stable so you had to be careful how you put things in.

Room advertised as executive and was old, hot with no aircon nor room fan. One TV in the bedroom only not in the lounge area. Microwave had old food inside, bed was not King, maybe queen size...

Overnight stay on our way further north. Plenty of eating options nearby, rooms were big , large bed.

Friendly reception, facilities ok

Receptionist was very friendly & professional. Room was very clean & tidy. Appeared to have new linen & the toilet & hand basin appeared to be new. Location was great as we were attending a funeral just along the road.

Cosmetically the room was a bit sad & tired looking. It was a room for people with disabilities but the shower seats were broken. The whole room probably needed a new makeover....possibly past it's 'used by date '.

It was my worst experience. Nothing was working , no hot water to shower and only 1 towel with a small soap. Really it was a disaster.

Would definatly stay again

Location was excellent. Close to shops, stadium, uni, and to my final destination. Althou there was no lift to the first floor, there was a lovly man to carry bags etc up & down the stairs
