A great location

The room was large, quiet and comfortable with everything we needed. The cleaning staff were very warm and friendly and did a great job of servicing the room every three days.

The hotel entrance is hard to find initially due to lack of signage. The building, lifts etc are a little grubby

The location, the staff so friendly, the room was clean and adequate, the bed, big and comfy! Also accepted pets which we love love love!

The taste of the water (which is not your fault!) but be great to have fresh water in the room to have a drink and cuppa tea, as you can still taste the chlorine.

Staff were lovely

Kept getting mixed messages about having pets. Says pets allowed when I informed them I had my 3kg dog with me was emailed that would cost $60 a day extra and a whole list of rules but bc I had already paid I didn’t respond. When I got there no mention of it. Unnecessary stress.

Location, room size, very comfortable bed, extras like a dishwasher and washing machine, not that we needed them but a great idea.

We could not figure out how to turn off the LED lights behind the tv. I need a dark room to sleep. Perhaps instructions could be available. We could dim it but not switch it off.

Everything, staff are outstandingly helpful, rooms are large, in room facilities are excellent. It's quiet. There are a couple of small cafes close by along with other services. Petrol close and motorway access is easy.

My husband and I and my puppy stayed there for 2 weeks and the staff is so nice and good communication. It was clean and close to Almost everything you need. But the staff was nice and my dog enjoyed there too 🙂 I would definitely book the hotel again.

Modern, well-appointed apartment with everything you needed for a long or short-term stay. Huge comfy California King Bed and wide screen TV. The kitchen is perfect for self-catering. Parking is right out the front, and it's an easy check-in. Clean, tidy, and situated in a quiet area. Great value for money.

The toiletries were a bit on the budget side, and more towels would have been handy, but to be honest, it was really hard to find any complaints.

Great location with huge, comfy bed!

The location is great for access to anywhere on the Northshore or for getting onto the Northwestern Motorway to head out West. The bed was amazing … so much room. And it’s great to stay somewhere with a functional kitchen and washer/dryer. Staff were phenomenal in attending to our issue with the WiFi and soon had us situated in another room with no issues.
