Overall, it was okay, but I wouldn’t recommend this place for larger groups.
We liked the location of the accommodation, it was not far from the city center
The accommodation is much smaller than it appears in the photos and very dark, with almost no natural light. There isn’t enough storage space and there’s hardly any privacy. On the positive side, even in hot weather, the temperature inside stays pleasantly cool. The placement of the toilets is also very unusual.

Good value for money
Nice location, good communication with host, overall good value for money.
It's barely isolated (thin glass which cannot be closed), those cold in the entrance and floor. Limited privacy due to glass doors (no curtains at upper room), Sofa beds not that comfortable, strange smell from fridge. We only had one key, which was challenging being a group of 7 not always having the same plans.

Line 12の駅と近く非常に便利だった。 駅を挟んで南北にスーパーもあり、特に北側のオーガニックスーパーで買い物して生活するのに非常に便利。 鍵の受け渡し場所もわかりやすくて良かった。 清潔な部屋で非常によかったのと、洗濯機・乾燥機もあって良かったです。
じゃっかん、前の通りが暗いのと、夜に道で騒いでいる若者がいる時があった。 洗濯機と乾燥機の説明がないので苦労しました。洗濯機が下で乾燥機が上です！乾燥機の設定が難しくて1回では完走しないので、数回回しました。

Ótimo para uns dias em Paris em família
Localização excelente. Sala de refeições excelente. Acessorios de cozinha necessários. Agua e café disponibilizados. Apartamento bom para familias grandes.
Dimensões um pouco mais pequenas que o esperado. Casa de banho de baixo muito pouco funcional. Pouca privacidade do quarto com 2 sofás.
