Great location, appt need some love. All ok on the surface, but staying there reveals a few issues

Great location, spacious, lovely original features, great staff

One sofa! Four people, only one sofa and no other comfy chairs. After a great day sight seeing, we all just wanted to sit somewhere relaxing- but couldn’t. Sofa was pretty wrecked too, but at least was soft. Mattresses were saggy, we just rolled into the middle- no support. Rug was tatty- furniture needs replacing. Shower door didn’t close. Floors creaked so we woke as soon as neighbours were up. Take some ear plugs

A great stay in January.

Location very close to Grands Boulevard metro and within walking distance of Opera Garnier. An excellent patisserie and fromagerie within 5 mins. A particular thanks to Maylin and Jose and their team for making our stay so pleasant - Full of good, helpful advice. Highly professional. Appt.super comfortable and immaculately clean.

The property is immaculate. Impeccably clean, a good location in central Paris. The reception was more than helpful. I travel very frequently to Paris for both work and fun and found this gem by accident. I was really lucky and this will be my go to place next time if I’m with a large group. Just perfect

Fresh and modern look with excellent washing machine facilities and okay dryer cycle. Beautiful apartment complex and lovely restful bedroom area.

Opening door with old style keys was at times tricky. No reception help after 8pm.

Apart from the shower, our stay was lovely. Would definitely rebook, especially in the warmer months.

The property was clean, tasteful and welcoming. With its central location it truly felt like my partner and I were experiencing a short week of authentic living in Paris.

The only flaw that I found with the property was the shower. The water pressure was less than optimal and we rarely had hot water. I fell ill during my stay and not being able to take a hot shower for a week was uncomfortable at best.

Exceptional Host, Lovely Apartments, Centrally Located, and Well Equipped for Travelers.

Our Host Hosea was amazing, extremely helpful, accommodating, attentive and just a great person. He went the extra distance to make us feel welcomed and he was there immediately whenever we needed his advice or support with something. Our studio unit was up on the 5th floor which was fine as there is a lift. Great View of the inner courtyard, well equipped for our needs with kitchen, washing machine dual dryer, and quite spacious for a studio unit. Centrally located, we actually walked to the Louvre and Eiffel Tower and back again, it was quite a walk, but we are experienced walkers and what we saw and experienced along the way was well worth the effort. Thank you, Hosea, for your exceptional "Customer Care " You are indeed the "Extraordinaire" we so enjoyed meeting you and hope our paths may cross again sometime in the future. We highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again next time we are in Paris.

Spacious, comfortable, great location

The hot water was really not hot enough for a comfortable shower, and this wasn’t addressed at all during our 4 night stay, even after we reported it on the first morning.

Excellent place to stay in Paris!

The property was clean and we loved the apartment. It had a completely equipped kitchen. I made spaghetti one evening for dinner and we had everything we needed to complete it. The manager was there within 2 min. to meet us and get us the code and keys. The location was wonderful, quiet, close to the Sacre Coeur. We walked everywhere...to the Seine and had a boat ride, to the Sacre Coeur, to the Luxembourg Gardens, the Tuilleries and the Palais Royal. There is a metro station close by and we walked from the Gare de Nord. We are 74 and got around just fine. The manager ordered a taxi to take us to the airport on the last day. He was great! We couldn't be more pleased with our stay. Lots of restaurants close by, boulangeries as well as groceries stores within a block. There is an elevator, which was nice since we were on the 5th floor and it really wasn't that slow. The apartment was spacious and the bathroom was very nice. We LOVED our stay there!!!!

A few staples in the kitchen, like sugar for your coffee and salt and pepper would have been nice. But, we just got those at the grocery store.

The location is PERFECT and the staff were flexible and extremely insightful, welcoming and communicative. We literally WALKED everywhere from the apartment. The apartment was spotless clean. Just amazing, thank you for hosting us.

Fantastic location. Warm, wonderful host who had excellent suggestions for museums and dining (even for us who have been to Paris many times. Beautiful, very well equipped apartment. We will definitely book here next time we are in Paris.

Everything was perfect!

It was perfect for two adults and a teenager. The apartment had two spacious bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Everything was very clean. We were very happy to have a secure parking space in the middle of Paris. The host was waiting for us and helped us with the parking space, showed us the room, and explained useful things for our stay there. The location is absolutely wonderful, with many restaurants, cafes, and a supermarket. We didn't use a taxi at all. Walking distance to the Louvre and the Paris Ferris wheel. The Grevin Museum is a 5-minute walk .

Good place to stay for a family.

Very clean! Very well equipped in kitchen. Bathroom was nice. Good storage and hanging space. Alexis was extremely helpful.

Nothing I did not like. It was very hot which made the sleeping difficult but that is not the fault of the facility. Fans were provided which helped a bit.

Lovely stay

The location: myriad cafes, bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. A supermarket on the corner made it easy to acquire breakfast pastries and other daily goods. Close to metro and bus routes so easy to get around the city. Alexis was extremely helpful and friendly staying around to welcome us for a late check-in. The apartment itself was comfortable and clean. A good shower, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, electric hob (no oven) and a couple of pedestal fans which were essential in the hot weather we enjoyed/endured. The apartment one of many in an old building with character.

A comfortable apartment in a great location.

The studio apartment was clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, there’s a metro station on the corner, a supermarket and lots of cafes nearby. It is walking distance to many of the tourist locations. Host was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Large character apartment close to Metro and Thestre District.

Great large apartment in a very secure block behind a locked gate. Lots of character and good kitchen facilities. Location excellent- lots of restaurants and close to Metro. Alexis, our host, was very helpful and was a great communicator. He kept our bags for us until we left Paris later that day.

Very small shower and old TV (no smart features). A five hundred Euro deposit was required by the property in addition to the rental cost and we were required to sign a document on entry showing all of the reasons why we could be charged extra- it made us really uncomfortable but we had little choice but to sign.

Perfect studio in a great location

We had a studio and it was perfect for our needs. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was a great size and well stocked and the bathroom was functional. We had plenty of room and the location was amazing with so many attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The host was also very helpful and gave great suggestions on where to eat and what to see.

The family was so kind. The equipments were sufficient.

Elevator is not equipped. So to carrying heavy luggage is tough. The parking garage in front of hotel is really helpful. But a bit tight, so need to have a careful.
